Sep 10,2024Worst customer service ever. Seriously, this guy completely lied about sending me a response email. Shortly after I placed an order I realized that I placed it for the wrong color wheel. I emailed them through their portal because they were closed that evening. I stated what item# I ordered and exactly what item# I needed. Expressed that this order needed to changed before it shipped. He insisted that I was wrong and the he did send it because he could see it, but could not and would not tell me what email address it was sent from for me to search for it. He stated that he sent the email waited an hour, but because I didn't get back to his email that I never received they shipped my order that I clearly expressed was wrong and this it needed to be changed before it was shipped. His response was your 🪛 regardless. We have your money and you will have to pay for shipping either through shipping it back yourself or if I do a return order through them.
