Aug 09,2016I recently ordered 3 tins of hot chocolate flakes at £12 each thinking I would get them for £24 instead of £36 in the 3 for 2 offer. I didn't realise I had to type "3for2" in the offer code box to get them for £24 & it cost me the full £36. The product itself is excellent & I will buy more but the 3 for 2 offer should be automatic or it should be more clearly stated what you have to do to get the offer.

Aug 08,2016I'm impressed by Whittard of Clesea. They seem to be an ethical company who make up to a 4.5% donation to my favourite charity when I shop. The only negative is the minimum order of £35 to qualify for free packing & postage (many others do £20)

Aug 07,2016Absolutely gorgeous large teapot perfect for tea parties. It arrived promptly and well packaged. I had already bought one of these but it had a hairline crack in. However, Whittards replaced it very promptly free of charge with no quibble. I also have the matching milk jug and sugar bowl. I would definitely recommend both the teapot and Whittards.

Aug 06,2016In all honesty, there are only 2 problems I encountered. The first problem is that the product I bought was on offer, and I couldn't apply the discount code to make use of the offer. The second problem is that I couldn't find any terms for the offer, so I didn't know whether or not I was entitled to it, based on my purchase. Fortunately, I emailed and got a reply within a day issuing a refund as I was indeed entitled to the offer and had already purchased without it being applied (the value is good enough anyway). The support was first rate, response time very fast, and the product itself was good enough value that I'll happily shop with them again.

Aug 09,2016I love the instant tea range and am pleased to see some old favourites back on the shelf. Apple Tea is a firm favourite of ours while Mango and Passionfruit and Cranberry and Raspberry are really refreshing. Keep the range going, Whittards!! Clever of you to send the new range of tea bags too. The Apple tea was really good and I shall be buying a supply of those very soon.
