Jul 22,2016I ordered a tea caddy this time with my tea and was delighted. I love all the attention to detail when you receive a Whittards order. The caddy came with a very small envelope with little white cards in for you to write the name of your tea on, it then slips into a slot on the side of the caddy. Love it

Just a small reservation on the package, one of the tea boxes opened during the journey and released quite a bit of powder... It could have been more protected (especially since it was an overseas order)

Jul 20,2016The order was swift handled, but I do not understand why I have to pay for customs declaration in Norway for a goods costing £20 when we have a £30 limit here in Norway. I had to pay an additional VAT/customs clearing for about £10 when I collected the parcel.....
