Jul 31,2016Ordered on line and it took approx 5 days to come. When it did the order was totally wrong! Phoned customer services and they were delightful, correct order sent and it arrived the following day. We were even aloud to keep the wrong tea. A shame the wrong tea was sent as it was a gift, but these things happen and customer services made up for it.

Jul 31,2016I was sent a Whittard's promotional voucher by another trader from whom I regularly buy wine. I ordered the item, applying the promotional code, then was encouraged to shop further to get free delivery. I added further purchases, including some drinking chocolate on a 3 for 2 deal. Only when I was on the point of making payment did I realise that I had lost the original promotion, and was being charged full price for the item for which I had been sent the voucher. I wasted considerable time back-tracking to find out what had happened, and discovered that the 3 for 2 had wiped out the original promotional code. Since the voucher was to encourage me to visit the site, it seems bizarre to penalise me for doing further shopping. More than this, there was no warning that this would happen, and I was nearly conned into paying £18 instead of £5 for the "special offer" which was used to attract me to the site. I put a comment on their Facebook page, and have had the usual, bland, "sorry you had a bad experience, we understand your frustration and will pass on your comments" responses. I have always thought of Whittard's as a quality firm, but this has shown me a different side of them. I have occasionally used their shops, but have never been on the website before, and will not be using it again.

Jul 30,2016Have had this rose tea before as a gift in a box with a mug and small teapot so have often bought the tea from Reading store. Nice now to have the rose mug and the tea in a lovely tin to match the mug. Also ordered the black mint and a white afternoon tea in tiny tins in a gift pack. The mint is really good but not tried the other one yet. Very happy customer and to have it delivered even better

Jul 30,2016When I received my order I discovered that sadly one of the products had been damaged in transport, I emailed them a picture and explained what the problem was. I instantly got a reply and they dispatched another without any fuss, or cost to me. Very good customer service, and the products are incredible. Would recommend to anyone.

It took a long time to get a reply. Its a shame as I have been shopping with whittled of Chelsea for 3 years and the experience was good before.

I haven't given it to her yet but I know she will love it as I do, we saw it in the Whittard shop in covent garden recently. It came in the post quickly and very well wrapped and some free sample teas as well. Excellent !!

Jul 29,2016This was my second order of Turkish Apple tea and Mulled wine tea. I also ordered the Cranberry and Raspberry. We already like the first 2 so again ordered 3 of each, I wish now I had ordered 3 of the other as I will run out of it soon as once again Whittards have come up with a winning formula. Delivery was actually 1 day earlier than promised, so was enjoying the instant teas earlier than expected. Just wish we had a shop closer to home so I could get my order quicker.

Jul 29,2016This is my second teapot from Whittards. I rang Whittards about my delivery as I was concerned that I would not get to the door in time when the delivery man came, as I am a disabled lady. The customer service lady said that she would place a note on my order and request that the delivery man give me time to get to the door. The delivery man gave me that time! This kind of service makes all the difference and that is one reason why Whittards gets my regular custom

Jul 28,2016I have purchased for the first time on Whittard of Chelsea website, to try for the first time their products! All i can say, is that i loved everything! The lovely taste of the teas if purchased, and the hot chocolate, really good quality products, lovely packed in those wonderful tins, came with a little envelope inside the tin with pieces of card to do my own labels to use in the tin, and even the receipt of my order was pretty as well! Loved it! I will buy more from this store for sure. I really recommend the Whittard of Chelsea to everyone. Is worth the money!

Jul 31,2016My husband was never one to experiment with something new but now he drinks more fruit teas than me! We really enjoy them iced and find that they are great when you have a cold or sore throat. So soothing. I also make ice cubes with our 'tea of the day' so it doesn't dilute the taste. Wouldn't be without Instant Teas in the cupboard.
