Apr 23,2024Needed a new oven for my aged parents after theirs failed. Williams were very efficient in determining the correct oven and once ordered they delivered and installed within 24 hours. The installation was very quick, and the old unit taken away. Very pleased with their service and glad to use a local company rather than a big national.

Mar 05,2024I placed an online order with Williams Electrical last Tuesday for an oil filled radiator and a fan heater. Both items were delivered to me an hour later! Excellent customer service! Prior to contacting Williams Electrical, I'd tried to order similar items online from large companies but their estimated delivery dates were 3-5 days. My experience shows that it's far better to shop locally!

May 25,2024Wanted some decent headphones after spending too much on uncomfortable AirPods. Went to Williams and received a fabulous, friendly and thorough service and demonstration of the headphones on offer. I was able to compare all of the headphones and discuss which would suit my needs better. Purchased the Sony WH-CH72ON and I am very impressed, perfect for use at the gym and while outside with the Noise Cancelling/Ambient mode.
