Nov 28,2020Spoke to a very helpful assistant on the phone who told us how to order our new TV online due to Covid restrictions. It was a very easy process. Within minutes of me ordering & paying for it, the assistant phoned us to arrange a delivery date. I was given a choice of dates & within 4 days the TV arrived & was fitted by very competent men. Social distancing & face masks were worn & we felt very safe. They explained the workings & adjusted our existing remotes to work on the new TV. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Richard has kindly checked the tv works ok, and has gone out of his way to provide extra packaging and bubble wrap around the tv for the long journey. Invoice and warranty certificate arranged to be sent from LG for me too by Richard! A brilliant little gem of a Company especially Richard. Thank you A Very Pleased Customer! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dec 08,2020I would definately recommend Williams Electrical. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the installation staff are efficient and safe. I purchased a dishwasher from them recently and received very helpful advice over the phone when I had some questions about the dishwasher specifications. They arranged free delivery and I paid a reasonable fee for installation. The installation staff were friendly, efficient and adhered to covid safety protocols. Very trustworthy company with reasonable prices. I would definitely use them again.
