Oct 13,2020Ordered a Bosch Washing machine on Saturday, it arrived on the Wednesday, Quick, efficient, service, very friendly staff, and excellent value for money. I purchased online, and there was a slight hitch whereby the money was Inadvertently taken twice. The staff immediately highlighted this to me and credited it straight back.

Oct 02,2020Despite having lived in Woodseats for 15 years this was the first time I had used Williams, it won't be the last, excellent service from start to finish, fridge freezer delivered unpacked, so no mess, drivers turned up on time, took the old one away, Free delivery and very competitive on price, what's not to like

Sep 27,2020Delivery and instillation were excellent and we are pleased with the dishwasher. The only disappointments were a wet cupboard on instillation and the lack of a child lock. Both of these issues arose because of what we didn’t do rather than being the fault of Williams.

Oct 28,2020Excellent service. Ordered a dishwasher Monday, delivered free today (Wednesday). Communication spot on, delivered when advised. Delivery men very polite. Why use larger companies (AO, Currys etc) when local family firms can match them and provide a more personal service. Highly recommend.
