Was offered money back or a similar jug just without a handle. Took the jug! Jug arrived with the next two days. Good service and prices are reasonable.

Both lovely style glasses and good to drink out of...I bought as a gift be we got to trial them over Christmas by the person who received them. Excellent and speedy delivery and easy website to use.
