Dec 13,2021The delivery firm faied to deliver the product, even though their system claimed it was delivered - they had delivered a different parcel to us and incorrectly tagged the Wineaware one as delivered. Wineaware were swift to resolve this and get the delivery sorted. Thak you Wineaware. (and great product too!).
