I was sold an ebook that wasn’t available/superceeded. I requested support several times and pointed to a “help guide” that did not assist. I finally got transferred to Maureen who informed me of this after wasting time and being frustrated with the process. She then informed me it was superseded and was told I could get an alternate copy that was twice the price. Very disappointing

My challenge was needing offline access which was expained to me, BUT, I am not a fan of purely online access to publications. Far prefer your old eBook reader option.

Purchase is straightforward, a little slow to populate to Witherby Connect and load. Search function is great, it would be good to be able to open two tabs each with a different publication. When other publications such as FSS code are referenced it would simplify the back and forth.

I got a phone call, called back with no answer. then a mail where they ask me to handle over some documents. I have no idea which ones. then I need to mail a power of attorney... I ask for what.. no answer so far... still no delivery of the 2 books. It are just 2 books.... payment has been done. Why are the books not delivered?

I bought the Orals Prep serious books 1 & 2 and they arrived the next day. The cardboard box they arrived in was excellent quality resulting in the paperback books arriving in perfect condition. The books themselves are in a question-and-answer format which is excellent for preparing for the MCA oral exam.
