Mar 20,2024I have purchased 2 books from you and yet I don't get to save those books on my devices. I don't want to have to log on to your website every time I need these books. Your off-line system is restrictive and not the same as "owning" your own copy. I understand why you do it (to stop sharing) but this makes for am inferior customer experience.

Mar 08,2024The delivery fees were very high and I haven't been given the chance to choose the mode of delivery . I had to pay customs and fees for the the logistics to clear the goods , the result is that I payed more for customs and delivery than for the goods

Mar 01,2024The book was sent to the wrong address. The book was a gift for my father. I filled out the information on line as to the mailing address (my fathers) and then filled out the billing address (mine). I payed more for shipping than for the book (postage to USA). I received the book promptly (my address/billing address) and had to mail it to my father, incurring additional charges for shipping. I ignored your first invention to write a review, but when Witherbry sent the second invention, wanting a to tell them about my experience I couldn’t not write mine.

Feb 28,2024UPS screwed up. It was impossible to communicate about the time or place of delivery. I tried a lot. But the system said 'sorry... technical problem'. So.. the book is been send back to Witherbys bij UPS. Hope we do a retry with another delivery service. With kind regards.. Ton
