Recommend taking a look at how to make it bit simpler to purchase (should be your first priority) then add the extras and other interesting information...Which I did enjoy, but secondary... Online purchase process was direct and easy. Price was about what I expected, shipping was a surprise, but I am not used to international shipping costs... bottom line...I am satisfied and would purchase again from Witherbys. Regards Chris L.

The only critic is for UPS and his subcontractor : There was an extra price of 22 euros due to the customs fees. The UPS subcontractor told me about this extra price at the delivery without giving to me any official paper . Best Regards. Me that i must pay

Dec 29,2023The invoice attached to the UPS couriered parcel was declared at S$418.65 and handling fee and GST to be paid was $54.90 at our end. The book cost 170.82GBP equivalent to S$300.25 per my credit card exchange rate. The value declared is way too high. Please investigate where went wrong.
