Feb 07,2022The support team have no idea what they are doing. I asked a question about my website and enabling SSL, the staff who responded sent a link to a guide on preventing DDoS attacks on Minecraft servers. After I told him this is not what I needed, he ignored me and stopped answering my questions and solving my issues. After this my website was constantly going down for SSL errors. I contacted WitherHosting Staff again and I was told they don't deal with technical issues. I started t Not only that I purchased a 1GB minecraft server, the server has one plugin and my server overloads and maxes out CPU when ever a player joins the server. This also happens when changing worlds. The performance is so bad, its worse than free hosts. Do not waste your money here. They do not care about their customers.

Jan 28,2022I have been using WitherHosting for over a year now, and I have to say, some of the other reviews I have read are just incorrect or user error. WitherHosting has a great and friendly support team, and have always helped me with the few issues that have risen whilst using there services in a timely manor. I have now had 3 different types of servers hosted with WH; Minecraft server, web server and vps, as well as helping my friend get setup with his own vps. All of these servers have had minimal downtime, excellent support and have rarely crashed or anything like that. As well as all that, WitherHosting offers amazing prices that are very hard to beat.

Jan 18,2022If you are looking for Minecraft server hosting, this host is a good option. The price is good, and the multiservers are a unique feature that I haven't seen anywhere else. Although, if you are looking for VPS hosting or Website hosting, there are better options. The support is also usually pretty fast and honest.

Jan 02,2022ApexMC is deeply overpriced and their main selling point is their "top rated customer support" well whoever rated them obviously never met the witherhosting staff. Talking to landon was like talking to an old friend and he honestly set up my server for me, rivaling even apexmc's support team. now I do admit, it does take a while for them to get to you but when they get to you the answers are prompt and deeply helpful! 10/10

Feb 08,2022One of the best and cheapest hosting, it might even as well be best, personally great support team and services. Though I would love to have paid hosting for DataBases such as MongoDB or PostgreSql.
