Jul 18,2020Very helpful staff. The estimated time to get a response says around 16ish minutes but I've never waited over 5. They always help me and there's never been a time when they couldn't solve a problem I was having or answer a question I had. Also good servers for good prices

Jul 08,2020Had awful support. Asking basic questions and they will wait 10-20 minutes and then let you know that they don't understand the basic question and then you rephrase that and 10-20 minutes later the same thing happens. I do not recommend them.

May 24,2020The VPS price and marketing model works better than what I've seen with AWS, Azure, and Google. The ability to increase the individual vCPU amount while ordering is a great feature I wish the other guys had! The support interaction was really quick and easy too. The whole staff team on Discord are great people who now what they're doing also!

May 21,2020cheap however poor staff if you how what your doing, go ahead, they are a great service, good equipment, but the statement "you get what you pay for" always applies, and in this case its their staff team, they can be rude sometimes and feel like they are forcing you into buying stuff, and their support are often useless, if you got an issue, dont use their support team, say your servers crashing, please use a help community elsewhere, they will be so much more use.
