Apr 24,2020First of all, we aren't paid to give 5 stars. They're just that good. This is my second review, after using 1 month of their service. And to be truthful, we've only had one downtime, and that was yesterday, when Cloudflare has an outage, and the panels were not working. Thats legit all i can think of. I would definitely recommend this, as you aren't paying so much. Here's a comparison of WH and some other companies: -WitherHosting: $1 1GB, Unlimited SSD, Bandwidth, slots, pterodactyl panel -MC Pro Hosting: $7.99 1GB, Unlimited SSD, Bandwidth, 25 slots, custom panel (OneControlCenter) - Apex Minecraft Hosting: $4.99 first month - 5.99 rest 1GB, Unlimited SSD, Bandwidth, Slots, Multicraft panel -Shockbyte: $2.50 1GB, unlimited SSD, bandwidth, slots, Multicraft panel All 4 have a discord server, but for MC Pro hosting, you need to verify your phone to chat/talk. Note: all hosts have DDoS prot for free. Obviously, WitherHosting is cheaper, and have the average features like Unlimited slots, where MC pro hosting charge 2.99 a month for that.

Mar 24,2020I really wouldn't recommend this host. It is a ReliableSite reseller for servers, unlike when they claim that they actually own their hardware. They say that they use i9-9900Ks and things like that as well, when they actually use E3-1230 v3s for servers, which is the worst of the worst. They even dare to say that the hardware is their own, and lie to their customers. It basically means that this hosting server is a scam host. Stay away, if you want a good server. There's plenty of better hosts out there that don't lie about their hardware, and aren't a summer host.

Jan 21,2020Wither hosting is Honestly one of the best hosts to use. The free servers are amazing. Buying a dedicated ip for only $1.50 is just Great. I would recommend everyone using this host.

Dec 09,2019WitherHosting, full marks. I switched here from another host, Phazze/PocketChunk Server Hosting, and while I did have to wait for a Free Server to come in stock, it has been worth it. I can access the panel on any device as it's a Web Panel, or through the Pterodactyl Panel App, and it's clean and easy to navigate. The website for WitherHosting itself is easy to navigate, but some of the popups about news and discounts can be a tiny bit annoying on mobile devices. The server itself is relatively lag-free (obviously if I load 50 Maps and a ton of high-usage Plugins the server will lag, but just loading a few maps, and my standard package of Plugins the server runs perfectly), while you can't ask for your RAM cap to be raised (only way to raise that is to upgrade to a Paid Server), recent updates have increased that for all servers, when Alex upgraded all nodes. Ultimately I have had no issues with the host thus far, and no one I know has had any reasonable issues with WitherHosting (I'm excluding people who expected to be spoon-fed instructions on setting up the servers config and plugins because if you don't know how to do that, you don't need to be running a server). Pros: + 2 Free servers per account + Good amount of RAM & CPU + Quick and Friendly support + Paid Servers are extremely cheap and have a wide variety of payment options and schedules + Panel(s) is [are] easy to use, even for people new to setting up a mcpe server + You can get a NukkitX server if you create a support ticket, and wait a little bit. Cons: - Free Servers have to be in stock for you to claim one - Free Servers are hosted on Google Cloud, and therefore are liable to Google's screwy whims. Usually, this isn't an issue, but the other day when a mass portion went down (taking Discord with it), it was an issue. Ultimately, it ranks a full 5 out of 5 stars for me. Every other host I've tried that offers Free Servers has either been laggy/uptime was unreliable, the app didn't work, or else the staff were just flat out rude. This one, however, WitherHosting, has a reliable uptime (and if it's down, there's a damn good reason, like the machines being upgraded), a working panel, and Staff that are friendly and responsive.

No downtimes, runs pretty well These days, there are numbers of issues like the host running out of storage, downtime every single day and a security breech and the nail in the coffin is that one of their locations got burnt down and they are not offering compensation for data loss. It all started probably with the new management. The COO is a known DDoSer and obviously he joined the company. The previous manager, mxglatoya/savageresponder does absolutely nothing in the company and yet retains his rank. He even advertises his own host in his own status. This terrible management led to staff being terrible by just being money hungry in tickets and begging you to /credit them on discord which earns them $0.50 per credit. The staff does not understand your problems and sometimes are mentally dumb like saying paper is written in python. Furthermore, The CEO had previously called his staff stupid in a vc. Constant downtime. The constant downtime causes so much issues for tons and tons of their clients. This is mostly caused by them overselling their nodes which is why it's cheaper. Disk space is always full and sql database offered for free by the host always has problems with plugins. The final nail in the coffin. What's better? Yeah getting thousands of your clients email and passwords leaked and having one of your probably most clients nodes which are the germany nodes. I would not reccomend going for witherhosting as your hosting provider these constant issues are just terrible. Update. After contacting their support about some matter. I won't be surprised to know that the COO, Abdullah for his immaturity for changing my account details because I created this review. They also tried to took the review down to no avail

Apr 25,2020Cheapest hosting i could find, support is friendly and can be rather slow at times but usually is fast. You have to request a cancellation, it isn't instant. With that being said they are usually willing to refund you if you cancelled and you still get charged. Overall you get what you pay for but the cancellation could be handled better.
