Feb 23,2023Great prices on what I purchased. Ralph Lauren shirts were so much cheaper than anywhere I`ve seen. Trust me I have been through a good few websites. Fab quality and as pictured. Only one hic-up with delivery once and that wasn`t Woodhouses fault. Customer service were great and put it right. Email customer service, you don`t always get a reply, that I've experienced they just fix it .Delivery option's are with DPD only now and one option 3-7 days I was told. In my experience, order Monday get it Thursday ,Friday at the latest. I would discount weekends until the delivery option changes from 3-7 days to maybe express delivery and guaranteed Saturday type options, I`m sure it`s on the cards. A bit more communication on the tracking side really would help. Refunds 5-7 days it`s back in your account, I haven`t experienced any issues with that .All in all great stock .When purchasing understand the delivery time is just a little longer than average, you won`t experience disappointment with what you purchase.
