I bought the cashmere and merino luxe lounge hoodie at the end of September 2024. I have worn it approximately twice per week until a hole appeared in the elbow in April.(6months and 2 weeks after purchase!) I complained to woolovers and was told that as it was over six months there was nothing they could do. They suggested having it repaired!! Not good enough woolovers and to other customers beware woolovers apparently don’t expect their £75 items to last longer than 6 months! This is from the sustainable company! I have bought many things from woolovers over the years but frankly never again. Very poor customer service

TERRIBLE SERVICE I ordered a pair of trousers which were not delivered as Woolovers use Evri probably the worst delivery company. I had various dates for delivery which never materialised. I reordered and nothing arrived. I cancelled my order and eventually received a refund. In the interim there were many emails to Woolovers customer service which were totally ignored. No response was forthcoming. I only received the refund by phoning and complaining. I would definitely not recommend this company,

I have been shopping from Woolovers over a period of 11 years and I cannot recommend this Company highly enough. Every garment I have bought has been beautifully made of top-quality, long-lasting material. In fact two cabled cardigans I bought 11 years ago are still in use, as they have been every winter. They still look good and still receive compliments. Every order has been delivered within a reasonable time frame. And now that they have a depot in Australia, two orders that I have made on a Tuesday have arrived the very next Friday. This tops every other service I have received, and this is saying much since I am disabled and old I do nearly all my clothing shopping online or on the phone.

Appalling Service. I took the time to phone and check the availability of the item wanted - they took the order but the item was out of stock. No information from them so I had to chase up and I still haven’t received a refund. I do not recommend this company.

Had a terrible time ordering. The site kept saying my town was the same as my postcode which it wasn’t. I tried over and over but the message kept coming up. I’ve read some bad reviews re delivery and am really hoping I don’t have any more problems. If all goes well with delivery and the product I will order more, but I’m concerned because I had such a difficult time placing this order.

I made an order of shoes that I couldn't find anywhere else. They were even out of stock on the Hotter Shoes website. Found them on Woolovers site apparently in stock. Ordered them and waited. Nothing. I phoned two weeks later and was told they were out of stock, they then cancelled the order and are sending my refund. Why sell something that is out of stock? They just took my money and kept it until I enquired about it. I could have used that money to buy something else. The review is two stars instead of one, purely because the woman I spoke to at customer services was so nice, apologetic, and helpful.

Woolovers break the law. Do not trust them. I bought a 6 different items from Woolovers last month. There were a number of different problems: 1) Socks wrongly described as 100% cotton when they contain elastic. This contravenes law. 2) Socks arrived with holes. 3) Socks developed holes in 1 week. 4) Cardigan sleeves far too short for XL size. 5) Woolovers refunds and returns information is incorrect and breaks the law. 6) Woolovers customer service rude and unhelpful. 7) Woolovers do not answer emails about wrongly described and faulty goods. 8) Woolovers do not send links to leave reviews on Feefo. 9) Looks like I will have to take Woolovers to court to get my money back. WOOLOVERS: WHAT A WASTE OF TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY

Jumper I ordered 4 weeks has still not arrived. I have phoned twice to be told they would send by next day delivery, which never happened I’m now told they cannot supply it - after 4 weeks

Absolutely fantastic service!! Ordered a royal blue sleeveless cotton pullover at 11pm on Friday and it arrived at 3pm on Sunday two days later, The colour is wonderful, the sizing is exactly as on the website, and a repair kit is included, so you obviously know how knitwear and I interact. Now back on to order another!

After many yeas of trouble free shopping at Woolovers I had two problems within a short time. One product did not appeal to me, the other was wrong item. delivered. Both problems were resolved courteously within reasonable time.

Not sure about the products but their systems are not good and customer service terrible. Ordered a gift for my wife's birthday. Received no communication at all. 6 days later I phoned to be told it was out of stock. Still waiting for a refund Useless

Beware of buying from this company. Hand-washed a jumper, after wearing it twice, had felt stuck all over my hands, horrible. Dried it and it was covered with this horrible fluff. Emailed, spoke with customer service, sent photos and was assured they would be in touch. Two weeks later I emailed again - deafening silence! I’ve had golden retrievers that shed less than this.

Products are great, the problem is customer service. I placed an order at 9am on 23rd March. Previous orders had always arrived within the 5 working day delivery window so I didn't bother with express shipping. I spent over £200 on a number of items in the sale. I chased with customer service on the 27th March when the order still had not been processed. 1 item was now out of stock and refunded and I was told the order would be dispatched immediately. 29th March i contacted customer service again when my order status still hadn't changed. Although I have now received a couple of items, more than half of my order remains outstanding at 6th April. A further conversation with customer service has confirmed 2 more items are now out of stock. All this time, Woolovers has had full payment for an order I have only partially received. I am really annoyed and no longer trust this company

Appalling customer service. I ordered and paid in full for an online order. I had to call twice to discover that the item was out of stock and would not be despatched. No effort was made to contact me or refund payment until I had to ask (twice!) and then 5 days to refund. Apparently all the managers were too busy to speak to me

Very bad experience, shall not use this firm again. I purchased a bee hotel, I then recieved TWO bee hotels not of course having ordered two, I was then told by a person at your firm to take it back to the post office & obviously pay for the return at my expense!! It was not my mistakes, your firm is obviously hoping that rather than paying for the return I would keep it! Disgraceful "service",it should have been collected by a courier or whoever you use.

I bought a cardigan for my husband for a Christmas present and he was really pleased with it. The problem came after it was washed, according to the label's instructions and it has shrunk. I contacted the company, who replied quickly asking me to return the garment for analysis. It was returned to me with a letter blaming the spin speed. I have never had any wool garment do this before, so unfortunately, I will not be buying from here again, plus I need to now replace an expensive gift.

Appalling service. I ordered and paid for a jumper on 25th of March 2025. It was sold as being IN STOCK. When I enquired by phone where the product was I was told it was on back order and would be delivered on the 9th September. You took my money for something you did not have, you sold it to me as being in stock. You thought that 6 months was a reasonable time to wait. Your customer service person was completely disinterested in the facts and in any notion of ‘customer service’ Will never deal with you again.
