Excellent service. Have used this company three times to send parcels to Saud Arabia , some very large boxes and smaller document sized parcels. On each occasion parcels have been collected and then delivered on the days they said. I would highly recommend this company.
Everything went smoothly and the shipment was delivered 4 days ahead of schedule. No damages or anything. The customer service was helpful, and very responsive, although they could have been a bit more friendly. Would use them again.
5 stars for very quick service - picked up early Monday morning and arrived in SW France on Friday. BUT it was rather expensive though - at £50 much more than another courrrier quoted but they were not operating so I had no choice. I have contacted DHL to find out why my daughter had to pay 27 euros for a second hand toy that cost me £20 in the UK but have had no reply yet (2 weeks on)

To Richard William Myatt Smith It sounds like you are threatening me with extra cost towards the £23.99 I paid to World-Wide Parcel Delivery Service WPS. It was not authorised by the customer and you have avoided your part of responds. Worldwide Parcel Services Ltd U15 Glenmore Business Park, Castle Road, Eurolink, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3FX PHONE: 0208 310 1362 Refusing to pay the refund of £23.99 for a none provided service with seriously flawed mistakes been made by WPS Like Commercial/Proforma Invoice (Declaration Customs) change of value, asked to sent it as individual but looks like been sent as business parcel and the amount of goods, no signature given and no instruction what to do with it, got it only after the parcel was already in Prague, ten days later still had not replied to the incorrect declaration form, customer & recipient had to deal with customs in Prague and explained it had nothing to do with the amount or items even the recipient was willing to pay, WPS was not interested to intervene to get it sorted only to sent an empty declaration form after the parcel left Prague back to the UK with no instruction given again, The paid in full invoice shows differently to the declaration form. WPS said parcel can only under their instruction be sent back but the parcel was coming back before we could even sort it with customs. Asked for online proof what WPS could not supply. Customer been doing it for more than ten years and every year and it always worked. No cooperation’s from WPS, Mistakes been made by WPS and parties? Acting as a none professional and aggressive with threats given of more payments to come what is a common practise when you read on Trustpilot with him. Still to see about damage to the parcel and items when it arrives back. All this due to a none function operation been given and blaming the customer from the beginning to the end but when challenge by emails all been twisted/ignored and the mistakes been made by them ignored to solve the issues so the parcel could been delivered and it was explained to the customs of the problems with the WPS. All this will escalate further due to no refund £23,99 and a rude stubborn director. He offered to pay any extra charges but there might be none, joke. He does not even know what you can send. He acts like a broker and all the others do the work and that's why there is no care system in place in DHL cannot help at all. Do not even know what his purpose is, doing nothing different what you could get from any carrier and is cheaper to go through a carrier direct and they have a 24h reply service and deal with any problems what I did not get from WPS at all, just passing the bug on to me and acting none professional. Just a waste of time and money. Never ever again. In future deal direct with a professional carrier, the only way to get satisfactions & to avoid any tantrums. Parcel has arrived safe back due a good service by DHL. Tracking worked and messaging and partly with WPS and nothing else. Next time I know!

The service was fabulous from start to finish. I sent a parcel to my daughters in Australia. Paperwork was very uncomplicated, unlike previous companies that I have used. Collection was prompt and tracking available in less than 24 hours. It was picked up from my home on a Tuesday and delivered to my daughter’s house in Australia on Sunday morning. Pricing was extremely competitive. I will definitely use this company again.

I have no problem with WPS - they were just the 'Broker'. It is DHL with whom we have the problem. We sent a parcel to our son who lives 3000m up in the Andes and has difficulty getting personal supplies. DHL were aware (and this was shown on the Waybill) of the contents of the parcel. The DHL person in Lima informed Matt that the Peruvian law of 2018 states that there should not be more than 4 cosmetic/hygiene items per pack. There were 5. Also, tea-bags and Marmite. I suspect that the workers in Peruvian Customs will all enjoy several good cups of tea, Marmite on toast for breakfast, then be able to smarten themselves up. "Please Contact" is still the state of 'Tracking' of this package - and has been since 17 February.

As a first time customer, I am extremely impressed. The price quote was less than half that of other companies. From the efficient pick up from my door to delivery to my daughter half a world away in Melbourne was 5 and a half days, trackable every step of the way. This will be my go to for parcels from now on.
