The overall experience was relatively quick and easy to get a parcel shipped to Saudi. Unfortunately we were hit with a massive bill when the parcel arrived in Saudi which doubled the cost of the original shipment and nobody was able to tell us why. There was also no information from WPS to say that there could be charges on arrival on the parcel. A disappointing experience unfortunately.
I might have been able to find a cheaper service but my priority was the parcel getting to Nepal safely & the comments about this service were positive. The collection of the parcel was efficient with a helpful courier. It was easy to track the parcel & it arrived safely & fairly quickly to the recipient in Nepal. I was relieved especially as there are many difficulties created by the pandemic.

Worldwide is the go-to place for sending anything -big or small - anywhere. I have used their service many times, to France, to Mauritania (tricky) and their price, collection and delivery have always been excellent. It saves shopping around for the best price, and the price includes collection.

Good service and value only let down by extended delivery times. The booking process suggests 2 to 3 days but this turned out to be 10 days.
Parcel picked up on time by a polite young man. Easy to track, arrived at destination quickly and intact. I will use WPS again.
Rubbish, will not be using again and would definitely not recommend. Sent belated Christmas present to France but it was returned to UK before the recipient had a chance to pay the tax charge. The courier asked the 15 year old recipient’s son to pay the charge (they were out at the time) and no attempt to redeliver parcel. Attempted to get parcel tree redelivered but was told I owed worldwide parcel money for the parcel’s return. Ridiculous. Total waste of time and cost.
We arranged for the collection of a parcel, to go to Norway. Apart from some minor admin issues with description codes, the process was straightforward and the parcel arrived within 5 days as promised.
Item arrived completely damaged and the extra insurance apparently did not cover. The procedure for claiming on the insurance is not user friendly - no surprises !
Excellent service. The children used the tracking information to follow the parcel to NZ using maps and then we talked about the countries during home schooling. Very impressed with the service and would have no hesitation using again in the future

I can’t recommend WPS enough. Sending an 80th birthday parcel to a relative in Australia was simple, problem free and quick. Their service was absolutely excellent and the tracking app spot on. Will definitely use them again.
I was most impressed speed of delivery, was delivered within set time frames. However today I recieved a court notice stating the parcel sent weighed and measured more than I'd said. If this is true (I'd measured/ re-weighed numerous times) then why didn't the company contact me??? I'd have paid the extra If it were my mistake. (I'm an honest person) . The court notice states worldwide parcels had emailed me on a set date in January. This is not true. The last email I recieved from them was late Dec saying the parcel had arrived. The company had my telephone number, why did they not ring me?? The court notice tells me to pay, if wishing to pay in part, to a separate name (Richard) and address but gives no telephone details nor how to pay details. I do not have a cheque book. However, the 'part' payment option includes added admin costs that have doubled the initial outstanding extra weight claim charges. I would then have to also make a claim to court to not pay the rest of the court costs added due to the company issuing this court order. This is all very underhand. If only the company had talked or contacted me in person i'd have gladly resolved if indeed I had made the mistake. Now I've a whole new set of worries how to resolve this. I'd have recommended the company top rate, and felt I'd found my go to parcel delivery company, but now I've got a whole new headache of problems to sort. Why did the company not inform me directly? UPDATE. I've sought advice and researched r. e.this .. The company clearly don't care to try to resolve with the customer. The company simply apply to the court directly online, pay their £25 court fee (then claim it back from the customer) and add numerous charges, then the court issues a summons to pay. All this was done with no attempt to contact me to resolve.
