Dec 19,2024The experience from the using the website to responding to technical questions was excellent. The 3.6m gates ordered with a specific dimension to cross bars was easily communicated and the quality was outstanding, these are top quality manufactured gates.

Dec 17,2024The pair of gates I ordered were delivered as expected on time. They are extremely well built and very solid and I expect them to out last me! My only disappointment was having to pay a delivery charge on top of the cost of the gates, which because of their quality cannot be considered cheap.

Dec 17,2024These gates are extremely well built, and I'm sure will last for years. Also, they arrived on time which is always a plus when it's part of a landscaping build schedule.

Dec 16,2024The gates were delivered on time plenty of emails etc . Gates are great built like a tank . ! very heavy no cheap wood here . Got them unpainted treated them with recommended base coat . Then picked colour. Got all fittings etc when ordering gates . I've had lot's of people ask me where I brought them from . Need i say more . !!

Dec 03,2024Perfect product, exactly as described. I'm happily surprised by the very substantial hinges, handles and bolts that came with it - well made, heavy duty fittings. The only negative was that the courier delivered the wrong gates to me first time round. I don't know what instructions you supplied to the courier, but on the gate itself my details were in very small print on a rather scuffed sticky label: quite easy to misread, or even ignore. Luckily I was in when the wrong gate was delivered, or unwinding this would have been harder all round.

Dec 01,2024Absolutely the finest gates. My new gates exceed my expectations by a long way. They are solid, heavy, and made to the highest of standards. I really can not fault them in any way. The service from the sales team has been first class, and they have helped me through the process of the order with courtesy and professionalism. The carrier they used made an excellent job of delivering the gates on time, and in perfect condition.

We ordered the gates after a lot of consideration with regards to the cost, Shrewsbury double driveway gate, arrived earlier than expected which was great, the quality is exceptional in the Cedar Wood. The smooth wood meant it has been easy to stain. The installer commented on the great quality and we are very, very pleased with the final look. Highly recommend.

I don’t normally do reviews but these gates lovely really well made and for me to review they must be good. It was easy to order and delivery was good with great communication.

Nov 23,2024Regarding my 1 star. Appalling after sales service - following their mistake!! review dated 21 November 2024. I have an up date and I also wanted the opportunity to review the product. Firstly, the gates are outstanding quality and everything I expected and more. The craftsmanship is superb and a fantastic delivery service. Regarding my 1 star for after sale service, well that is an absolute ZERO stars. I had exchanged several emails with Jason prior to doing my review, so Jason was fully aware of my concerns and how I had actually placed the order and where the fault lay. Jason replied to my feedback copied below, which is totally misleading. I spoke with Jason and challenged him on his comments and added my response. Jason - Sorry to hear you feel our service warranted a 1 star review. We have reviewed this case and your gates can open outwards you would need hinge packers as advised via email. We can also see these were offered to be despatched to you next working day free of charge. My Response - I reminded Jason that I had ordered the gates with Jack in the phone and I was following his instructions. I had explained that I wanted outward opening gates with a full bottom rail as shown in the Shrewsbury gate gallery. Jack fully understood that is what I wanted and he told me that is what I would be receiving. Packers were never mentioned and I was defiantly nit told I would need them. Why would I, as the full rail would not require a packer. I explained to Jason again, that I had refused the offer of a hinge packer, as it would look very odd and spoil the aesthetic look of the gates as the T&G boards would be partly covers, partly not and not what I wanted. Jason - In regards to the full frame on the bottom this is an additional option that you did not select when ordering therefore the gates were not manafactured to have this. Please note this would not be required for the gate to open outwards and we would advise to use hinge packers. My Resonnse - I explained again, that as I was ordering on line with Jack on the phone answering all my questions and being very helpful. Never once said that I need to include a further request and that it would cost a further charge. I pointed out that I had been really complimentary in my emails about the initial service and the gate quality. The crux of my complaint is I have been sent gates that were not requested.Following this chat, I additionally asked Jason, if he felt I had done anything wrong or made any mistakes in my ordering. He agreed that I hadn’t. I pointed out to him, just because they sell opening outward gates with packers, it doesn’t mean it would be a solution for me as I want a FULL bottom rail, as shown in the picture gallery. Jason, said he could price me up for the gates that I thought I would be getting but if would cost me about an extra £250. Great gates but a really crap after sale service when things go wrong for them.

Edit: I’ve now had my gate for some time, and the aftercare service I have received has been outstanding! No question is too big or small, and someone has always been available to help with any queries regarding fitting the gate. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
