Not being my specialist subject it was great to use a website that I could understand. They kept me informed every step of the way and did everything they said and on time. The delivery was excellent very helpful driver. The gates are great quality at a good price.

Jul 14,2021First class product and service. My new gate is very well manufactured (various trades pros have commented on it) and millimetre accurate in dimensions. Good price too. I went for an unfinished gate which now painted and hung looks fab. Would recommend Wortley to anyone, trade or DIY.

Jun 15,2021I ordered a gate and posts from Wortley Brothers and when I took delivery I noticed that there was an unsightly knot on the top of one of the posts. I sent photos and contacted them about it. I expected to have a long drawn out fight to get a replacement but was absolutely delighted when only one week later a replacement post was delivered by courier. Exceptional customer service. The gate is excellent quality. I would 100% recommend this company.

Jun 14,2021Interesting and useful 1 star reviews.... I may have had a lucky escape from them, but I'm now quite pleased I'll never find out. They never responded to any of my written queries, nor the phone message I left. So I've ordered from a different company now - spent more money too, which they could have had. But then I guess you get what you pay for, and the gates I ended up buying are from a local firm who won't be sending me any rubbish. Good luck with your staff, Wortley Brothers.

Jun 08,2021Excellent gates and posts. Nice finish and perfectly sized. Very easy to order. They aren't next day delivery as they are made to measure, so plan ahead, but they were worth the wait.
