Apr 29,2023Absolutely shocking company. Ordered 3 cases of slimline Pepsi Cans in Feb 23 and received 3 cases of regular cans which were over £20 cheaper. Tried again on Amazon and same happened. Earlier this week ordered a case of slimline 330ml Coca Cola cans from Amazon and today received case of 250ml slimline cans which are £10 cheaper. Will never use again on any platform

Apr 27,2023Purchased thru them on EBAY and their courier mis-delivered. No response from WowBoxMe. As they used Amazon courier, I can't get a dispute with them. They have £18 of my cash and I have nothing and no appeal process. THERE'S A REASON THEY HAVE A LOW REVIEW RATING - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Jan 27,2023Wow box me is great! Each month I receive snacks and drinks that I probably wouldn’t buy other wise. Some I have never even seen in the shops. Delivery arrives every month without fail. I did take a short break from them but recently started again and I’m so glad I did! Well packaged huge box of goodies!!

Dec 03,2022Bought 48 monster ultra cans from this company through Amazon...absolutely brilliant service..arrived quickly,on time and all the tins were in date,the items arrived in two separate deliveries due to the weight, oh and excellent customer service.

Nov 25,2022Bought a product from them on Amazon, they sent a counterfeit instead of the genuine item, offered a partial refund of £4 on an £23 order. Have raised the complaint with Amazon as the company believes they are above trading standards and consumer laws. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Oct 04,2022Please be aware. Do not buy anything from them as shown on the reviews, they send the wrong product, not delivered on time. I don’t think they will refund me! Customer service is a foreign language to them, If you look in the Amazon customer reviews you will find the owners review and I think many staff members too

Sep 30,2022I tried the September WowBoxMe Subscription Box and I loved it. Being able to try snacks that I wouldn't typically have access to is fun. My favourite picks from this month were the tango apple (which was surprisingly good) and the hills digestives! Im definitely going to have to get more boxes as 10 amazing items for approx 60p each is a bargain.

Sep 19,2022Ordered 330 ml cans of Perrier, received 250 ml cans, this is the second time my order has not been fulfilled properly, I paid for 330 ml cans and feel a profit making scam at work here, noticed many poor reviews and that nothing has been done about the issues, Amazon should strike them off as a supplier.

Sep 06,2022Recently i purchased 2 x 24 packs of Tango Orange 500ml. By the time they were delievered, one pack was already out of date and the other packs best before date is for this month. I have contacted the company several times for a full refund but they seem to be very slow at best at resolving this matter.

Aug 07,2022I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a box of 9 celebrations chocolates 240g via Amazon. They charged 39.99 which is pricey. One squashed box of celebrations arrived to my house. Forty pounds for one damaged box of chocolates. I contacted them several times requesting a refund. They said they would refund and charged for the one delivered. I refused to accept this and asked for a full refund. Had they actually packaged in a box (as the name suggests) then the chocolates would have not been damaged. I pointed out had they supplied as promised the product would not be damaged. They said they would charge for it. I offered to return the damaged box and they emailed me a DPD label. I packed the item and took to the despatch location. This was 10 days ago. No response to any messages. No refund. Surely this company is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM.

Jul 23,2022I have just had the same experience with this company as all the other reviews. Paid £25 for box of celebrations and received a £4 box of heroes. Being trying continuously to get what I ordered but like hitting your head of a brick wall. Amazon really need to stop using this company and save their customers all these problems

Jun 10,2023AVOID! AVOID!! AVOID!!! Only half the item delivered, then they replaced the missing item with a different item! Radio Silence!!! If you want to bring hassle into your life, this is the company that will do it. Cowboy firm don't waste your hard earned on this lot!
