I ORDERED SOME BOTTLED WATER - HAD LIKED RASPBERRY BUT GOT BORED SO ORDERED BLACKCURRANT ONES. WHEN I PUT IN THE ORDER A PHOTO AND TITLE CAME UP SAYING BLACKCURRANT SO I WENT AHEAD AND BOUGHT LOTS OF THEM ARRIVED VERY QUICKLY AND I OPENED BOX AND....YES YOU'VE GUESSED IT RASPBERRY!!! I MIGHT NOT HAVE COME ON TO TRUSTPILOT BUT I TOOK NEARLY AN HOUR TO ARRANGE TO RETURN THEM .....AT LEAST I THINK I HAVE...............ALL THAT CAME UP WAS WE DON'T RETURN SO I HAD TO FIND HELP ELSEWHERE (MANY THANKS TO HELPER WHEN I FOUND THEM) IN FACT I'M STILL NOT CONVINCED I'M GOING TO SUCCEED! I ordered a box of 24 cans of Diet Coke on Amazon. Got an order confirmation for SIX boxes. Contacted Amazon, contacted seller by email who magically sent me a despatch confirmation within 20 minutes of my email. Sent them another email telling them to change the quantity to one, but no reply. Six boxes arrived 3 days later, costing me £120.
I ordered a box of candy that was never given to the shipper. After 3 requests to WowBoxMe for a refund they ignored my request. Amazon did not honor their guidelines for refund when an item is not delivered within 3weeks of the order. Don't waste your time asking either of them, file a dispute with your Credit card company to get results, and your money back!

If I could give negative stars I would This company is terrible their so called services is disgusting the worst I have ever encountered I ordered and paid for an item , they sent the wrong item I returned the item and I am still waiting for my refund and they are ignoring my emails despite sending a text to acknowledge receipt of the returned goods I send emails they don't respond
Do not Never buy from this company ordered some Coke for Christmas and still waiting to come , was told it was lost the first time so I asked for a refund, and of course nothing yet
Like the other reviewers I too appear to being defrauded by this company who I used through the Amazon platform. The sad thing is that I have ordered through them before so thought I could trust them again. I ordered two items on 4/12/21 from them and because they used a DPD driver who couldn't fathom how to actually use the call system in the flats I live in they were never delivered. Despite WowBoxMe saying a refund would be issued in 5-7 days this hasn't happened. They are also not answering emails about this refund, so feel totally disgusted with them and feel angry about Amazon allowing them to be on their platform. I'm a 74 year old pensioner and can ill afford to lose nearly £40.00 Robert Ancliff
Won't refund over £50 for an order that never turned up! I placed an order for three items via Amazon and one turned up. The remaining two, costing over £50 never arrived. I requested a refund via Amazon and have emailed and contacted the company repeatedly, but haven't even been acknowledged and no refund issues. Avoid this company at all costs - I have learnt a very expensive lesson.
I am going non plastic and I ordered a box of expensive non plastic bottles of spring water on Amazon. They sent me a completely different box of cheap water in plastic bottles from Romania. I then discovered that you can not return this item on Amazon. I am now stuck with 24 plastic bottles of water I don’t want.
This company should be closed down or reported. I have tried to cancel my subscription with them but there email does mot work and you can't contact them. I cancelled my bank card in order to stop payments but they still managed to take payment from me. I do not no what to do. Please keep away from them
Unpaid postage so ended up paying £7.30 extra for my box - really not a good deal when factored in. Unfortunately it was my birthday in two days so I travelled across London in the rain to the stupidly far sorting office and then had to pay the fee. Cost me in transport, and took a lot of time out of my birthday weekend, so really gutting (I’d thought it was a gift). Number on the website doesn’t work, they don’t answer emails and not even replying on insta. Really disappointed because up until now I’ve enjoyed receiving the boxes!

Customer service is terrible - they do not respond. If you roll over your subscription the cost goes up without telling you. Boxes arrive late. The last box I received I had to pay £7.30 to royal mail to get it delivered as full postage was not paid and some of the items were broken open.
I would give this a zero star if I could. My first box arrived with burst crisp bags and a leaking bottle. I have emailed them several times to let them know but the email addresses the give do not accept the mail! I emailed a different address to cancel but no response so i stopped payment with my bank, they have now emailed me to say they have not received payment, I wrote to tell them why but the don't respond to the reply either. Personally I believe this firm to be a SCAM
I was a subscriber for over a year with no problems, over the last 4 months I received broken items and missing boxes. I contacted customer services via email, Instagram and Facebook many times with no reply so I cancelled. As soon as I cancelled I received a message to ask why. When I told them about damaged items, missing boxes and the fact my emails were left unanswered, they offered to send me another one. That was the last time I heard from wowboxme and my replacement box’s were never sent. Do not trust this company and there subscription service. They take your money and do not send you your boxes that you paid for. They ignore you like your the worst person.
I have now been waiting 5 weeks for a refund for a box that did not arrive. I have emailed a total of 14 times about this. I have had 3 replies promising a refund but still nothing. I subscribe to quite a few other boxes and have never had any issues with them. Customer service is appalling. I would advise people to use a different subscription service.
I tried their boxes for the 99p sign up like other reviews I recieved my box but decided I want to cancel . I emailed , no response then they told me I dont have an account , they have since taken £6 from me and sent me another box of items I didnt want and again not replying to my emails . I am now going to be contacting trading standards and my bank.
SUPPOSED TO GET MY FIRST BOX FOR 99P BUT THEY TOOK FULL PRICE OF 5.99. BEEN OVER A MONTH I HAVE WAITED, ONE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT WAS PROVIDED ISN'T EVEN WORKING, ANY OF THE OTHERS YOU DON'T GET A RESPONSE. FACEBOOK PAGE HAS COMMENTS FROM OTHERS NOT RECEIVING GOODS OR RESPONSES THAT ARE JUST BEING IGNORED.
This is a scam. Never received my for box. Sent them email to cancel subscription but no response. Fraud!!

Jun 28,2022Ordered two cases of Diet Coke, 24 cans in each via Amazon. Wowbox sent two cases of Diet Pepsi which we didn’t want. I contacted the company pointing out their “mistake” and requested they collect the Pepsi and replace with Coke. The response was they don’t collect. They would send a returns label or give partial refund, but I didn’t want the Pepsi!! .And..As I pointed out to them, the reason I order things like this online to be delivered is because I’m elderly with disabilities, can’t easily get to shops, and have absolutely no chance of carrying two heavy cases of soda to any shop to return them, and that if the company can deliver, they can surely arrange the collection of “THEIR MISTAKE”!! Their sarcastic response? “Enjoy your delicious drink” The correspondence went on a while longer until eventually they just ignored me. Fortunately, when I involved Amazon, they fully refunded me and I’ve given the Pepsi away which incidentally also had only two months best before date, so obviously old stock! Going by others reviews too this is one company to most definitely avoid!!!! I hope Amazon drop them!
