Jun 16,2021The wrong fuel doctor guy (Attila) was very helpful. He did the job quickly and was very nice. Would have given 5 star if it didn't took more that an hour to arrive but they said that beforehand because of traffic so was happy with the job.

HOPEFULLY won’t have to use again unless I have another brain’fart but if I do… I will definitely use and most definitely recommend.

Jun 10,2021I put Diesel into my Petrol car. I rang Wrongfuel doctors and Mario came out to the car. He explained everything in detail. He worked very hard on the car and consequently I am driving round today as if nothing had happened. He was very reassuring and when I was nervous about driving the car to initiate the additive,he told me that I cut ring him in the unlikely event of a breakdown! Thank you for your efforts and I would recommend the company .

Jun 10,2021After my father accidentally put petrol in my diesel then drove it a short way home I was really worried it was the end for the Qashqai. Booked Mario, he got here as fast as he could despite having a puncture on the way and having to wait for roadside assistance himself! He explained it all so well and put my mind at rest, did the work, and my car is absolutely fine. 100% recommend him if you find yourself in this unfortunate position!

Jun 09,2021Put petrol in a diesel car! The lady in the petrol station gave us a card for the fuel doctor, phoned them, they said it would be half an hour to get to us and half an hour it was! Mario had it sorted in 10 Mins, no messing, just got it done! Very reasonably priced for a self made disaster! (The husband actually) would Deffo recommend!

Jun 06,2021We accidentally put £20 of petrol in our diesel car when it was half full to fill it further. We didn’t realise straight away and did a 100mile journey on the motorway... fortunately we made the journey home and only realised after when the car wouldn’t start that wrong fuel had been put in. Ringing, booking and paying was efficient and easy. Mario who came and sorted it for us did a fab job on our tricky car and had the car up and running again quickly removing all the petrol and putting diesel back in. Thankyou! We initially thought that accident could have cost us a fortune! But the price was half of what green flag originally quoted.

Jun 03,2021I would recommend these guys. I was very impressed with the excellent service Mario delivered. I put petrol on our new diesel car, only realised this 5 miles into the journey. I called the AA, the RAC, both with we can do anything today. Call us tomorrow we will see... And prices in the area of £250-£270 with so many caveats that meant we might charge you more. Mario was constantly calling to give update on his journey and proving ETA's every time there was a change in his journey. Whe he arrived, he went in detail what the service was how he was planning to do so, and if there was any problems how he was planning to overcome them. If the issues were this-them I would advise that, etc. But every step was brilliant. Due to the security valve my car has he could not extract the fuel from the tank and he had to take a lot of parts from the engine to access the filter, etc. Every step was so methodical that it put my concerns to rest. In my case my fuel tank was full, so it was time consuming. Mario was very pleasant to have a conversation, funny, and great knowledge of the industry. While I hope not too need this service again, if I put the wrong fuel, I would definitely call these guys. Pedro

Jun 02,2021Amazing service, Mario went above and beyond to fix my car even if we had a massive lot of issues and problems. He dealt with them professionally and he's very friendly and helpful. He didn't leave until he made sure my car is working and ready to go and offered me after care advice. For future and all people reading this review, please please do not put AdBlue in your tank if you have a regular car that takes petrol or diesel. I went through a rollercoaster of emotions but I am happy my car is back on the road and running well! Thank you Mario again, thank you Wrong Fuel Doctor for your professional staff!

Jun 25,2021Attila from Wrong Fuel was efficient and friendly, and he was happy to let me do what I needed to my bike before he started work on pumping out the fuel, He listened to my concerns throughout the process ( I'm very attached to my bike!). Happy to say it ran fine afterwards. Thankyou.
