Mar 28,2019I was driving at 70 mph, northbound on the A1, about 40 miles south of grantham, in the middle lane last Monday at 7:15 p.m. with traffic in all three lanes. One of the fuel doctor van drivers started to tailgate me, flashed me and then overtook me, nearly scraping my car, cutting me up and sped off at a speed that I would estimate at 80 to 90 mph. This driver should not be driving at all never mind driving a commercial vehicle. Absolute disgrace. Avoid these cowboys.

Feb 12,2019I would like to say thank you once again to the wonderful Natalia, who picked me up at my home and we drove together to my car which was at a Sainsbury's petrol station. She was so lovely, kind, caring and professional and I was most impressed. She got things done very efficiently, syphoned the fuel out with the pump, filled up my car with a can so that I could get it back to the pump, and filled it up again. I cannot praise this service highly enough, it was a stressful situation but having Natalia come to the rescue made it so much better.

Oct 24,2018Not cheap, but brilliant service, I put petrol in my diesel car, so ended up stranded. super polite and friendly guy who pumped out the wrong fuel and put some diesel in to get me going.

Sep 01,2018This company is a rip-off. The price they charge is quite alarming. They take advantage of your situation to hammer you with a hefty bill which they also made impossible to cancel. £80 cancellation Pls Use AA it's cheaper and they provide you some litres of fuel to get you going. And you can cancel at no cost.

Jan 16,2018If you dare to use this company make sure they know what to do with your make of Car! My car was only 1/2 drained so left ongoing expensive problems. Wrong fuel refused to accept any responsibility for it and were rude and uncooperative through most of the conversations had with their operations manager. Buyer beware!

Nov 19,2017Unacceptable behaviour from one of your engineers today, took him 4 hours to get to me after you said 45 minutes and he ended up leaving a huge scratch down my car and then tried to say it was already there yet your machine had my black paint over it! When i called you you said your not prepared to investigate the matter and then slammed the phone down.

Nov 18,2017I called this company out to my vehicle last week to drain the wrong fuel from my car, however they did not drain all of the wrong fuel from my car and have damaged my fuel pump and injectors. When i called them up to complain they denied all knowledge of it. My garage have given me a quote of £2500 to correct the damage that they have caused. Do not use them unless you want then to damage your vehicle.

Aug 31,2017Thanks to wrong fuel doctor I have managed to pick up my kids from the airport due to having put petrol into my diesel car . They came to my rescue promptly within 40 minutes and managed to drain all the fuel out from it . And restarted the engine without no problems . Defenility recommend them .
