Jan 30,2019Bought a great Samsung 75" TV at a good price. Dealing with iElectrica was a pleasure. The shipping was free but the trucking company used was pretty much useless. From the point of sale to the delivery of the TV was 1 month. I got the runaround repeatedly from the trucking company with promises of when they would deliver - but no delivery as promised and no status update as to why. I had to get iElectrica involved and they tried but still took a month. It was a Christmas present that arrived a day before the new year.

Jan 30,2019Horrible initial experience. I emailed inquiring about the "free return" if necessary. I got two off point rude responses. All I needed was a yes or no answer. The answer I got was "there would be a 25% restocking fee and $350 shipping fee plus I was blocked from their site. Strange definition for a "free return". My wife bought the $2.2K Samsung TV. We were slightly disappointed in shipping time,over three weeks. However, delivery people were very good. They unpackaged and checked out the TV. The TV works great. Good purchase!
