I bought a TV bundle and it was short a hdmi cable so I called them and explained I was short a cable and they sent me another cable within a couple of days. Nov 15,2016I was sincerely very scared because I never heard of the company but I saw many good reviews, but I still felt funny because review can always be created by anybody for show when I spoke to somebody at ielectrica, through 800 number, A live person picked up, I felt comfort and resurgsence in trust. they sent me a good new TV honorably and they were honest and good in their sales, I also purchased a 5 year warranty, I truly hope I can depend on the 5 year warranty that I purchased from them in the future, overall good company, humbly Tshering

Nov 11,2016After debating back and forth about whether I should buy a TV off ebay, I finally decided to pick up an LG 65 inch OLED from these guys based on the good reviews. The price alone was great, but with free shipping and no sales tax I figured what the hell. I was given a delivery time of 8 days and was amazed when I got a call from the delivery guy only 3 days later saying it was ready for delivery. Box arrived in better condition than any large box I've ever received from UPS. Driver was awesome and waited while I hooked everything up and tested it. The TV is absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be more satisfied with the purchase. All around fantastic experience and I will not hesitate to buy something from ielectrica again in the future.

Nov 02,2016Ordering the TV was great. TV was suppose to be delivered 10/28/16 it didn't come so I called delivery company Echo to find out where the TV was on 10/31/16. They said the person I needed speak too wasn't there and they would have him call me the next day. It didn't happen, so here I am on the phone again waiting for to talk to someone after 20 minutes on the phone they said the TV will be delivered tomorrow 11/3/16.

Oct 13,2016I purchased an LG television. The price was among the lowest that I found and I was convinced to use iElectrica because of their excellent reviews. There was an issue with payment which was quickly resolved over the phone, and I received the product within the time period they stated. My only other issue was that the delivery was somewhat of a surprise because there was no phone notification of when delivery would take place. The delivery, however, was very smooth and professional and the product was in excellent physical and operational condition and I am pleased with the overall purchase experience. I would highly recommend them.

Oct 13,2016You take a lottery when you buy with these guys. If it arrives in a workable condition, fine. Ours arrived with a cracked screen and the refund process took forever. Our Unit: LG OLEG 55" 1080p Curved TV. 13XX $ First we contacted them to pick up the TV at our address, then it took 3 attempts until I called them in finding that they send it to the "Billing Address" instead of the shipping address. It took me 4 more attempts to contact them each with promises that our replacement TV will be shipped to us in 2 days after we sent it back by FedEx. And after sending the TV back 2 weeks passed and no TV arrived, so I called them again asking for the TV and the guy on the phone was so rude and spat: So do you want the TV or not? Or refund? I was so fed up so I asked for the refund, the rep promised me that the refund will arrive that day. They keep saying that they don't have that unit and LG is going to send it to us directly, but then after 2 days I called again and another rep says that LG will send it to them, and then they will ship it to us which will take 4~7 days. Internal communication is bad, every rep tells you something different. They have communication problems with LG and FedEx and it's not my problem they should have just sent me the TV (which has taken 2 months and I have no TV to watch and I spent 13xx$) Now it's been another week, and I haven't been refunded yet, and they never follow up with you about what's going on. In the end on 10/15 , they finally refunded us, but the experience is a hectic one. (No follow ups and updates themselves, we have to constantly keep following up) Think twice when you buy from these people, because you are definitely taking a big risk, and if unfortunately your unit has problems, you'll have and spend so much time in frustration that you'll regret your decision in purchasing here.

These folks were easy to do business with and delivered the 3 tv's I ordered as expected. A couple of caveats. I have not had an experience with customer service so I can't rate that and even though a product is listed as in stock in actually ships from the manufacturer. No big deal. At least I know it is new.
