Aug 02,2016I ordered an OLED65BP from iElectra on 07/18/16 and my TV was delivered by UPS freight on 07/25/16. TV was brand new in box. Box was a little scuffed up on the outside but TV was in mint factory condition. I saved a ton on the price. I ended up ordering directly from iElectra instead of their Amazon store because their price on Amazon had jumped up overnight due to one of the Lg rebates expiring. I talked to a rep and they ended up honoring the original Amazon price by me ordering directly from them. I was a little nervous but moved forward with my order anyway. Exactly one week later my TV was delivered in perfect brand new factory condition. I would highly recommend these guys in the future for any purchase.

Jul 25,2016I have never experienced service from anybody better than from IElectrica. My only regret is not finding them years ago. Pricing is unbeatable, and there service is what you would expect from a company that charged more. I don't know how they do both so well.

The merchandise was well packaged and the delivery service was the best. The delivery man was considerate about driving down a long driveway with a heavy truck. He wheeled it down by hand. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole operation. I definitely would recommend iElectrica to my friends.

He also put a rush on my order and got it in 5 business days. Works great !!! And the price was $ 1400 dollar cheaper of Best Buy. Definitely I will recommend to my friends

Jul 04,2016Placed order and heard nothing for 4 days finally called because order was still pending was told they tried to call me 3 times but the number was no good when he reed the number back to me it was the same number I called from and was showing on his caller id had no answer for that them proceeded to tell me I need the mandatory shipping insurance for another 177.00 dollars told him to cancel order I will order from a more honest retailer
