Deliveryman was great , unpacking TV and assisting in setup. Price was 18% lower than anyplace else. After being somewhat nervous about expending significant coin with an online merchant, I am happy to say that my experience was excellent, and I would not hesitate to use iElectrica in the future.

LG OLED 65" Buyer
Aug 26,2016I purchased the 2015 model LG OLED 65" at a price substantially lower than any other seller for the identical item. They sold the 2015 model for half the current price of the 2016 From what I understand the 2016 doesn't have 3D so I'd prefer the 2015 anyway. Their service was outstanding and I received it promptly and in good condition. The delivery driver helped carry it on and unpack it. IMPORTANT! The LG OLED is NOT compatible with a standard swivel wall mount system. Fortunately, I was able to find the only source available from a company making it exclusively for his TV. At the time of the purchase, iElectrica.com's price was $1,300 below Best Buy. No bait and switch tactics like so many other electronic discounting websites.

Aug 16,2016iElectrica was very good to work with...competitive pricing, very good communication and worked with me on delivery arrangements that were complicated by my vacation travel. The "white glove" delivery company brought us a product in perfect working condition, but after a couple of hours of operation, it failed. Now the ball is in the manufacturer's court (Samsung), but that is not a reflection on iElectrica. I would certainly recommend them and would buy from them again. Just make sure you are comfortable with their return policy, since large products (a TV >37" in my case) cannot be exchanged.

My only complain was the lack of 'inside' delivery - the guy who delivered the TV refused to deliver the item inside, and instead left the TV on the sidewalk; 2 persons are normally needed to carry the TV, it seems odd that shipper expects to have 2 people stay at home to receive the shipment! Luckily, i managed to get the superintendent of the building help me carry the TV inside.
