Joe, the salesman who answered my call, was personable and knew his merchandise. He explained exactly how the tv would be shipped and when I should expect it. The price was right and the product was fresh merchandise. The tv shipped from L.A. and I received it just a few days later in North Carolina by large truck. The tv was well wrapped and in mint condition. I am very satisfied with iElectrica.
