I am very afraid I have fallen into the trap as everyone else, it has been 13 days since my order, that was supposed to be 5- 8. I can only pray i still receive my order, but after reading all these reviews, I doubt it, out the money, but really worried about the card used, it was my husband's, and I talked him into using it to get himself a small table for his chair to watch TV,,now I may have to face all that too! I suggest no one buy from this company!!!

SCAMMERS...DO NOT ORDER WITH THESE ASS CLOWNS. CHARGED MY CARD AND GOT SAME EMAIL AS OTHERS. HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK AND WILL NOT ANSWER INQUIRIES!!!!

Has been over two months since I placed an order. No response to emails, no order follow-up. Seriously so bad it feels like a scam.

I ordered my item Dec. 1, 2020 and it is now mid-January, 2021. I have never received my item. I got one email from them, but only because I asked where my item was. Here was their excuse (on Dec. 14, 2020): "We are sorry for the delay. We were briefly closed. We have reopened and are running short staffed. We are shipping all orders ASAP in the ordered received. If you do not want to wait, let us know, we can cancel." I sent a cancellation and credit refund request (via email) on Dec. 28, 2020, and have not received a response back. I seem to have suffered the fate of so many others, who were scammed by this company. DO NOT do business with this company!

I'm La'Shawn..... I stay in Charleston Sc. I ordered from this company on 9/19/2020 order id122255(web) two desk chairs and still have not received the items. Every time I call the store it rings, then go to voicemail. I've sent numerous email and no one has contacted my back. I really would like a refund or the items I purchased. This is ridiculous.!!!!!!!!

I ordered a lamp that came in damaged now they want me to send it back so they can refund the amount. what kinda rubish is this your product came in damaged it is not my fault now I have to pay to get it back to you. Be careful ordering online from these people

Scam scam scam!!! Do not buy from this store anymore, we ordered 2 sets of dining table chairs about 3 months ago, never receive the product, no customer service, just automatic answer email. Call store just answer machine. No where to contact. Bad..bad..bad

Zero stars! Credit card charged immediately for my order. Cancelled order b/c it was taking waaaay too long......never received my money back. They will not respond to my emails. Reporting to BBB and credit card company! Horrible company! Stay away from them!

I wanted to also add my displeasure with this scam. Mid September I ordered dining chairs at a price that was lower than any other site. As with the others they charged my credit card immediately and sent an invoice. Seemed legit. After 2 weeks and no update of order processing and shipment notification, I emailed and received the “been closed, and short staffed” message. After another 3 weeks emailed twice with no response. Third response was a refund and cancellation request with no response and after two days a dispute charge with my credit card company. I noticed a credit was applied so I’m happy ultimately and will look elsewhere. I also had fraudulent charges on my credit card but did not connect the two until reading the reviews just now. Caught mine early with a couple of test charges and locked my card. Unfortunate that this company is allowed to continue to exist. I feel fortunate ....please stay away!

Shop here at your own risk! As others have previously mentioned, do not order from this company online. My partner and I placed an order for two bedside tables in mid-October. They processed the payment right away. The email receipt said that a tracking number would be sent in 5-8 business days. We received nothing. No tracking number and no furniture. By mid-November, we started wondering what was up, so we reached out to them by email and by phone. We received no responses to our email messages. The phone calls were answered, but they claimed they couldn't hear us and hung up. On our last call, they finally asked for some information. First, our name and order number. Then our shipping address and the expiration date on our credit card. Then the credit card number. When I challenged them about why they needed our credit card number when they already had our order number, they responded "for verification purposes." I asked repeatedly, "What is it that you need to verify using my credit card number?" There was no answer and then they hung up on me. It seems this entire operation is a scam. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the transaction. Buyer beware!

I was skeptical but placed my order for two barstools. I received shipping confirmation the same day and received the chairs in two days. Best pricing and shipping was awesome. Great experience!

I placed an order for a desk on Aug 18, 2020. It stated the estimated delivery would be from September 4-10th. No problem on my end. After a week of not hearing from them about a shipment or just any update, I decided to email them. A few days passed without any reply from their end. Meanwhile they have already taken the money out. Emailed them again and after 2.5 weeks from the purchase date did i get a reply stating that they were closed for some time and have now reopened at slower than usual capacity. I replied why wouldnt they have notified their customers of this as i wouldve had more options available ( one being shop somewhere else). The next day I received an email that my order has been cancelled and they refunded me. So a total 3 weeks and 4 days passed and they cancelled without notice.. Tried to call them, no answer. Emailed them because I was mad as I needed this desk, they have ignored me. Dont order from them.

I would give zero stars if I could. I also placed an order that I never received. They never respond. Charge came in as Furniture Outlet. Scam!!! Credit card company credited and they charges me again. Never ever trust these scam artists. It is a trick!!!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM TO GET YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO SELL ON THE BLACK MARKET. I ordered a table in October after 12 days and no shipping confirmation, I reached out multiple times via email and phone call, but no avail. I disputed the charge with my credit card. A week later, my credit card had multiple charges from a different state for large amounts. I knew the price of the table was too good to be true. Save your self the headache and go with a reputable brand. Trust me.

Ordered a table on October 13 from Wyckes (aka Furniture Outlet). After 10 days they said they were closed for a period and short of staff. They said it would be another 2-3 weeks before the table shipped. I checked with reviews online. They do this often. Many people say they never got their item or money back. I wrote them and told them to refund the money within 2 business days or I would file a chargeback with credit card company and also contact the CALIFORNIA STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE since I believe they were engaging in fraudulent business practices. I immediately got a receipt for a refund. This was one week ago. I checked with the credit card company and they said they had not received any credit from the merchant. I immediately placed a chargeback dispute. Deal harshly with these people. Report the purchase to your credit card company if you feel they have misled or defrauded you. Contact the California State Attorney Generals office and ask them to take action against this merchant. DON’T LET THEM TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

Zero stars. I wish I would have read reviews first. I got distracted by my desperation to find a desk in stock. Similar story as others. Placed order In Mid-September and money taken immediately. Heard nothing and email inquiry was answered with “closed for awhile, delayed, processing, blah blah blah”. Then I discovered my credit card number was used to make hundreds of dollars of fraudulent purchases. Knew it was them. Only place I used card on line. No answer to email. No answer to number. Fraud and dispute cases with credit card company. They sent bogus email that they were refunding my money with same bogus receipt from purchase. But of course did not.

Terrible, placed order 8/25 never came when it was supposed to. I emailed and they said they were behind about 2 weeks. I been emailing them and getting no response at all. I think this is a scam and I’ll need legal help to get my money back.

This place seems like a total scam. When I called to ask when my item would ship, I was asked for a lot of personal information to verify my identity. They even began recording my voice and asked my birth date. I did not give them this info, and when I said I this did not seem right to me, the representative hung up on me. I have canceled my debit card as a result and reported the whole thing to our bank's fraud department. Do NOT order from them!!
