Feb 14,2017I don't necessarily like buying furniture but i move quite often and i try to remodel every year. Smaller things like coffee tables lamps chairs etc. I've been to other funiture stores and it's all pretty standard. You walk in, pick something you like or something out of a catalog and you place your order. Not here, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! I don't ever walk out of there feeling like I got hustled. I leave happy and i've been shopping with rich for close to 4 years now. Just furnished my little sisters room and everything was very easy to assemble. The bedframe was easy, desk chair was easy, lamps were easy. The desk took me 1 hour& 20 minutes to assemble but only because i'm slow with the drill Lol the instructions are and always have been on point. I had a couple questions and called in and they took the time to explain everything to me. They didn't rush me off the phone knowing i wasn't calling about a sale. Highly recommended with incredible prices!

Feb 11,2017Needed to buy some new mattresses and Rich helped us narrow them down to the ones we wanted that fit our budget and comfort. We had such a good experience we decided to come back less than a week later and purchase a bedroom set. We will be back again in a few weeks for some couches.

Feb 10,2017The dining table that I ordered came with the legs unbalanced. Some of the legs were floating in the air while the other two were on the floor. It took them over a week to come and repair the chairs. When the furniture repair men came, they destroyed the bottom of my chairs. While picking it up to check it, the nail poked my hand and I started bleeding because didn't sew on the bottom of the chair and ripped it. When I confronted them, they were so guilty and said that they would repair it. Not a pleasant experience.

Jan 10,2017I searched online fo the same model of chair and found them way less expensive on Wyckes than any other site. Plus shipping was free. The chairs arrived without setup instructions (manufacturers fault) but a rep at Wyckes emailed me a PDF within 5min after I called. Will check them out again when looking for more furniture!

Jan 10,2017Terrible experience. Headboard was apparently "obsolete" so drivers took it back and expected to deliver it a week later. Going with out a bed for a week is unacceptable when it's your fault. Did not offer to take money off or even provide a intermittent solution. Instead argued on the phone besides one gentlemen named Rich from the Fountain Valley Store who was very helpful. The delivers came two days later after I complained and immediately said the new piece was obsolete as well. They then re read the instructions and magically made the whole thing work?! I think this started with the drivers in that they should read the directions the first time. Just unacceptable from all parties.

Dec 15,2016Wyckes offered what I wanted for a very reasonable price. They offered quick delivery and I paid for the in-home setup so I didn't have to lug it downstairs to the family room by myself. Overall I had a great buying experience.

Dec 11,2016I received my chairs more quickly than I expected. Both chairs was included in one box that was easy to handle. To be sure I opened the box carefully and somewhat dubiously, there didn't seem to be enough parts. I was wrong....100% wrong. Everything fit together and the chairs were of excellent quality. They matched the color in the picture, and they matched my table. I was pleasantly surprised. I am very happy with our purchase. Thank you. Kyrrha A. Bell
