First Of All!! My Order Was Placed On June 7, 2020 & It Didn't Arrive Until July 29, 2020!! And That's After I Sent Several Emails, Wanting To Know Where Was My Order!!! When I Originally Placed This Order, It Said It Would Be Shipped Within 2 Days!! Obviously, That Didn't Happen!! Wyckes Furniture Sent Me Mitch Match Parts!! As You Can See The 2 Wood Piece DO NOT FIT!!! I've been Through It With This Scamming So Called Company!! Every Time I Call To Rectify The Problem, I Get A Voice Mail Pleading For A Callback!! No One Never Has The Decency To Return At Least One Phone Call!! I've Also Emailed Them & Their Response Is Literally Non Existent! This Has been Going On For Weeks & They Might Have Responsed Twice, With Utter Nonsense! Their Last Email To Me Was To Take Pictures Of The Problem & Also Outline The Problem On The Diagram Instructions That Was Included With The Rocking Chair! I Followed Their Instructions Per Their Email To Me, Sent Them What They Requested & Nothing!!! They Have Not Had The Decency To Response! And This Was Over A Week Ago!!!! BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMING COMPANY! WYCKES FURNITURE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY & RUN!! DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!! I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB & Will See What Other Avenues I Can Take To Correct This Awful & Horrible Situation! I have purchased an electric fireplace through Wyches Furniture online on 7/6/2020. I've received the item on 7/14/2020. Unfortunately, the item came completely damaged. The box was all taped up and the sides were ripped open. When I opened the top of the box, the top of the fireplace (made of plaster) was smashed in on 2 of the 4 sides. The top of the fireplace is loose and is awkwardly sitting on the base of the fireplace because of the damage. I have emailed the only contact info provided on the site: sales@wyckes. com. I've sent the email on 7/14/2020 with all requested info per the website, received info to contact the manufacturer on 7/15/2020 even though the damage was through the sales company shipping service. I've since then received no help from Wykes. I've emailed a couple times more and no responses as of 7/20/2020. The Twin Star International, the manufacturer, told me to talk to Wykes. I've told them that Wykes is not responding. So now, Twin Star is telling me to wait until a technician reaches out to me. It has been 6 days and no reponses from Wykes as to how they will resolve this situation.
I know that many companies are working with limited staff during Covid and I totally understand. But this has nothing to do with the horrible service I received from Wyckes Furniture. I placed an order for an office chair weeks ago. At no point at all did they ever respond giving me an approximate delivery date. After a couple weeks, I emailed them requesting one. They responded saying they were briefly closed and are running short staffed and will ship all orders ASAP in the order received. I wrote back asking if they can just provide an approximate date since I live in an apartment building, and was going to be away and would need to make arrangements for someone to get the package. They responded that I would be contacted by UPS with a tracking number when the item is shipped. Still not the answer to my question. I responded again, and re-explained and expressed my displeasure with their terrible customer service. And what did they do next??? They flat out cancelled my order!!! With no explanation, no email, no courtesy message, no apology, NOTHING!!! After I had already waited a couple of weeks. Their email responses is that of a disgruntled employee or owner who simply doesn't care about their customers. To add insult to injury, when you try to call their customer service number, no one ever answers. My advice, if you have to pay extra to purchase from another merchant, do it! Most of the furniture they sell are sold on multiple websites like Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Overstock, Joss and Main, and Birch Lane to name a few. I was trying to save a few bucks and unfortunately ordered from Wyckes. That has once again proven that the cheapest way isn't usually the best. Take my sage advice and avoid this unscrupulous company like the plague. If this is how they treat customers, and first time customers at that, I shudder to imagine how they treat customers with other issues, like defective merchandise. You would never receive this level of terrible customer service from any of the other merchants I previously listed. We're constantly being told to support local businesses, so these major conglomerates don't run them out of business. But it's terrible customer service like this why customers feel compelled to buy from places like Amazon, etc. If Wyckes continues to treat customers like this, pretty soon they'll be out of business too. Which is not necessarily a bad outcome for customers. And while I wish for no one to be out of a job, then Wyckes need to take that into account before treating customers so horribly.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, SCAM !! I ordered 2 accent tables from them and it took them forever to ship. I had to contact them and complain for them to ship my order ! Then I get my order and notice they only sent me 1 accent table when I ordered 2. It's literally been an entire month and no one in the customer service department has responded or given me a refund ! I will not be ordering from this company again, I do not support scammers or unprofessional businesses.
Fraud seems to be this business way of getting business well thankfully my credit card picked up on the fraud I was going to purchase 2 end tables and a error kept showing the order never approved & I get a message from my credit card saying thereās pending charges but on wyckes never showed it processed just errors. Crooks I will not buy a thing from them.
No customer service. I ordered a stereo cabinet and was told it had shipped. When I didn't receive it I tried to call customer service but all I got was a recording and nobody ever called me back. I sent an email to 2 different addresses and one came back as a bad address and the other has gone unanswered. I have had to start a fraud complaint against them with my bank as I have never received the product
I had a great experience with wyckes furniture I purchased Coaster dining chair style105072 to be shipped to NewJersey My order came in less than 10 days wrapped perfectly with no damages. Set up of the chairs was quick and easy. I was a bit skeptical after reading some bad reviews, but my order was filled and shipped to my fullest expectations on time. My only suggestion for the company would be to have a live customer service person to speak with, in case you need to go over your order Other than that, I have had 100 percent satisfactory experience
F### this place i tried to buy beds for my childern to get them off the floor 2 months later no beds and my money is gone!!!! Im so aggregate because i dont have money to buy my kids anymore beds!!! I hope people read these reviews before they buy!!!
Ordered a computer chair. Took a few weeks to receive but it's perfect! Customer service was hard to get a hold of via email. Very happy with the product.
Ordered work desk but never arrived after weeks and still nothing up to now. No response from call and email. Avoid this scam company at all cost! Will be reporting this to BBB, credit card company for dispute and etc.
WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY!! After 5 months I still have not recived my bed and two tables and no reply to email or phonecalls. $1400 was paid in January and I am still on a matress on the floor, bed was going to take 2-3 weeks ... its like Wyckes has vanished! Dealing with credit card dispute now with the creditcard company.
Nasty people! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! all they want is your money. I placed an order, and subsequestly within minutes checked the manufacturers website for the item, I had to cancel the order straight away with wyckes as they had got the measurements in the item description wrong. They charged me a cancellation fee of 10% even though they were at fault in their item description, they refuse to answer any of my emails and obviously want to keep my money. This a horrible experience - I have never had such bad customer service from any store. Greedy company - they want your money for free.

I am having the same problem as others have conveyed. I truly, truly wish that I had seen these reviews prior to ordering anything. I was searching for a good mattress for my daughter and Wyckes had the one I had been looking for with a cheaper price. Needless to say, there were suspicious missing factors after I ordered, such as no order confirmation but a couple charges to my card. I've been e-mailing the Wyckes' customer service e-mail because no phone number is provided on the site and my concerns have not been addressed. I'm going to have to just order her mattress from elsewhere and hope that I am not double charged.

Consumer Beware. This has been the absolute worst online shopping experience ever!!! I purchased a chicken wire table lamp. The product arrived a few days later. I immediately opened the box and realized the glass portion of the lamp was severely damaged. I immediately tried to find a contact phone number but could not. So at that point I began sending emails along with photos and other supporting information. After a couple days I finally recieved a response from Wyckes apologizing stating they would send me a replacement. I responded requesting a refund and return shipping label. Never heard back.I went to the UPS store to find out how much it would cost to ship the damage product back but learned it would cost me more $$ to ship it back than it cost to purchase. This was a costly experience for me but if I can prevent someone else from going through what I did then it was worth it. Im confident if I had read some of these reviews prior to my purchase I'd took my business elsewhere.
I ordered a desk last Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday! I did not expect it to be delivered so quickly. I wish they had better communication after your online order was placed. I wasn't even sure if they received the order or not. When I emailed to ask, they responded within 24 hours, and my desk was delivered the next day. Overall, I was very pleased with the purchase. The desk arrived in perfect condition with all pieces and parts. Sounds like I was one of the lucky ones. If I had read all of these reviews beforehand, I definitely would not have made the purchase. Thankfully it all worked out.
Product arrived damaged. Can't get any response on emails or phone messages about returning piece of crap. Wish i would have read all the negative reviews first.
If there was a ZERO star, i would have given that. I ordered two items - the first one was delivered after months of following through (and they are not great in responding you!) and that item was damaged!!!! Cant use it at all! This is so frustrating! I filed a case against this company thru BBB! My other item was never shipped either and they never (NEVER!) replied to us inquiring about it. Please dont order from this store!
