DO NOT USE XIBER!! We have been without internet for 2 days, and the customer service experience has been absolutely unacceptable. We've had tech support fix outages late at night before, but now we're being told we have to wait until 8AM- completely contradicting past service experiences. To make matters worse, customer service has been rude, dismissive, and professional. We were put on hold multiple times, only to have the call disconnected. The representative Jim, was particularly unhelpful and condescending, making an already frustrating situation worse. He made sure to talk to us like we don't have any idea what internet is. Reliable service and respectful customer support should be a given with any provider. Unfortunately, Xiber has failed on both fronts. If you're considering this service, be prepared for inconsistent policies and poor treatment from support staff.
