Sep 24,2024Bett vor 7 Monaten erhalten, mittlerweile 2 mittlere Beine komplett weggebrochen und linkes Schienbein mit Wunden übersät. Die Außenbeine sind scharfkantig (Verletzungen) und die mittleren Beine schlampig verarbeitet (Schweißpunkte anstatt Nähte). Verkäufer reagiert weder auf Mails von mit noch auf die von Amazon. Rücksendeantrag wurde stumpf abgelehnt, Gewährleistung und Garantie für diesen Verkäufer ein Fremdwort, dabei wollte ich anfänglich nur einen Ersatz für 3 defekte Bettbeine.

Sep 13,2024I ordered a bed from the range marketplace which was from Yaheetech. The reviews weren't excellent on this but I thought I'd take the risk and see for myself! THANK GOD I DID! WOW the bed itself is probably one of the easiest king size beds I've built! Completely sturdy and absolutely beautiful! I've had a few things from this company and the price of the things here just can't be beaten. EXCELLENT service well done! Happy customer 😊 The bed in question was a Upholstered Bed Frame with Channel Tufted Headboard for £154.99 if anyone reading wants a decent but very cost efficient bed frame!

They want to keep half my money. 15 percent to restock plus postage.I am shock Amazon stands behind this. Since Amazon is part of this it speaks volumes about Amazon. I will never order nothing again from Amazon. Yes you need a lawyer to go over everything before you purchase on line. Buy locally.

Sep 05,2024Great Products and Fast Shipping I have purchased a couple of products now from this store and so far they have no disappointed. They tend all have to be assembled due to the shipping but when you compare prices to similar products, it ends up working out. So far none of the products that I ordered from this store had any assembly issues or missing parts. Good experience overall.

After lots of emails showing the damage they said it their opinion the sofa can be use on a daily basis no refund no customer care. If I don’t need it I should pay to send it back void at all cost this company is a joke do not buy anything from them !!!??

Aug 21,2024Very bad shopping experience with after sales, due to delivering faulty item with missing parts (sofa). Still not refunded, nor collected it after 1 month. Still waiting. Customer care provide me with fake dates of collection dates as well. Nightmare, avoid this shop!

Vendredi vous avez envoyé la table a dessins, qui est arrivée aujourd'hui, je déballe le carton et je m'aperçois qu'il manque le sac de visses pour la monter. Deuxième envoie et deuxième erreur, je peux comprendre qu'il y ai eu un souci la première fois, cela arrive , mais là, je souhaiterai savoir si c'est une habitude de faire n'importe quoi et si je suis le seul que vous prenez pour un abrutis ou si vous faites ca avec tous vos clients? a lire les commentaires je constate que vous faites ca avec TOUS vos clients. Expliquez moi comment je fais pour installer la table sans les visses??????

Sep 24,2024würde am Liebsten 0 Sterne geben, weil einer schon zu viel ist Habe über Otto ein Bett bestellt, das Bett an sich war in Ordnung, allerdings hat es mir von der Höhe nicht gefallen. Daher wollte ich es direkt wieder zurückschicken. Der Verkäufer weigert sich das Bett zurückzunehmen, da eine Rücksendung zu aufwendig ist. Trotz meines Widerrufsrechts und mehrfachen Ermahnungen, wird die Rücksendung nicht bearbeitet. Ich soll mich doch mit einem Rabatt zufriedengeben oder das Bett an Freunde und Familie verkaufen NICHT zu empfehlen
