Aug 09,2024Rack is good. Holds a lot of clothes, sturdy, easy to assemble, rolls well, brakes work, bar height is adjustable and STAYS where you put it! (love that part), Delivery was prompt. Very pleased with this rack and company. I do not use the fold to store option so can not speak to that. I am pleased I could put the screws in the cross bars and I do not have to have holes or clamps. Yay!

Aug 08,2024I brought table and chairs from Amazon and they arrived, tried to fit the chairs together and the screws didn’t fit so i emailed and was told take pictures so i did and then they said we can supply the parts to you however i asked for a full refund so what they decided to do was refund £10 instead of the full £56 and said keep the table and chairs, poor customer service avoid at all cost

Aug 07,2024We purchased a computer chair from Yaheetech via Amazon. When the chair arrived it was faulty and the covers were marked and with staple holes in some of the fabric. We requested a return and refund. We were offered a refund of £13 from the original £72 paid, which we declined. We asked for a return collection to be made. We were told by Yaheetech it would take place on 5 Aug. We waited in all day and no collection. On going back to them they advised we must wait for the collection every day until collected!! We have heard nothing else since and the chair has still not been collected. Amazon have now directly sorted our refund. Yaheetech have been poor with their customer service and I would not recommend purchasing from them in the future as we certainly won’t!!

Jul 31,2024Avoid this seller! We bought a sofa on Amazon from this seller and we just had issue after issue with them. At first, they did not deliver the sofa and kept saying to us to check with our neighbours, as if we were talking about a book. Then, the sofa was not as expected, hard and small, nice colour but not what we needed. So, we decided to send it back. To our surprise, they now want to charge us a £60 fee in order to send it back. No replying to emails and avoiding us. 12 days left on the 30 days return policy and we are still trying. Amazon has not been helpful at all.

Aujourd'hui malgré promesses ni les frais de retour ni les 10€ de dédommagement n'ont été remboursés .Je n'achèterais plus chez ce vendeur base en Allemagne

Jul 24,2024Bought two bedside cabinets. I built the first, exactly to instructions. I have built many similar items over the years and know how important it is the follow instructions to the letter. Once built, putting the drawer runners onto the holes already prepared and the right way up, the drawers didn't fit in. Clearly faulty yet the company are not picking up the item and making me pay to return it within 30 days. Post office, where they suggest costs nearly the same as the item cost!

Jul 23,2024Recently got a hammock from them and I was pleasantly surprised. First of all the instructions to put it together was super helpful. The quality of the parts was top notch and it turned out very sturdy was still being easy to move around my apartment. Definitely would buy again.

Jul 22,2024Habe am 15.7.2024 einen Nachtschrank und einen Sessel bestellt, der Nachtschrank kam am 17.7. bei mir an ist auch in Ordnung der Sessel ist bis heute nicht angekommen wenn ich zur Versendungsnummer gehe stand am am 18.7. Das Paket wurde am 20.7. 2024 als zugestellt markiert . Ich rief bei Yahee an u bekam die Auskunft er käme am Samstag den 20.7. 2024 aber er kam nicht auch heute nicht und beim Kundendienst der Firma Yahee wird man ständig aus der Leitung geworfen . Diese Firma kann man leider nicht weiter empfehlen
