Jul 04,2024J ai commandé 1 lit complet hors matelas chez Manomano où se trouve cette société Yaheetech qui vends sur diverses plates forme Amazon, cdiscount etc…ça fait 15 jours que j attends ce lit, et hier j ai reçu le colis dans un point relais j étais très contente ENFIN je loue un logement et c est la pièce manquante pour finaliser.A ma grande surprise 😧 quand je suis allée voir le volume pour prévoir un véhicule en fonction.La personne m’a présenté un petit colis de 4kg et mesurant 40x20😧😧 j avais après 15 jours d attente reçu juste les LATTES😂😂😂😂 cette ste Yaheetech est à fuir on ne vous donne aucune nouvelle car j ai appelé Manomano qui n arrivait pas à les joindre 🥹donc à ce jour je n ai ni le lit ni le remboursement qui doit se faire dans les prochains jours moi je ne veux pas être remboursé je veux le lit que j ai choisi en vain sans aucune raison Manomano ma dit le fournisseur va rembourser 🥲 Yaheetech A FUIR QUAND VOUS VOYEZ CETTE SOCIÉTÉ INCORRECTE 🤬🤡 I am ashamed in your place attached my order number you never sent me my order after 20 days, you reimbursed me shame on you 2407021738H1HC9

Jun 26,2024Sonnenschirmständer mit Rollen bestellt, beim Auspacken stellte ich fest, das die 16 Schrauben für die Befestigung der 4 Rollen fehlten. Verkäufer kontaktiert. Als Antwort habe ich ein Foto der Inhaltsliste bekommen und ich sollte ein Foto der fehlenden Schrauben schicken.

My kiddos adore their bounce house, and our shade umbrella is going to be such a help while hosting get-togethers this summer. Definitely recommend their products!

Jun 12,2024Upon receiving my cage when I opened the box 2 of the trays were severely damaged. I contacted Yaheetech and was told they would give me a $25 refund on a cage I paid $229.00 for!! No offer of a refund, no return label. I will never do business with this company again. And my cc company will be getting my money back.

Jun 04,2024Item bought off Amazon, arrived damaged and after several messages requesting for the parcel to be collected for a full refund the company seemed to agree but now have not turned up on two separate days. They ignore what you write to them and refuse to refund the money. This company is an absolute joke, AVOID at all costs, I’ve now had to raise a dispute with my credit card company

Jun 04,2024I wasn’t sure if the water slide/bounce house I was considering ordering would arrive on time for my grandsons birthday. However, I accidentally placed the order before finding out the delivery time. Unfortunately, it was a Holiday weekend and I was unable to cancel the order. Yaheetech customer service was fabulous, they gave me several options to help resolve my issue. They even advised that I could refuse the delivery if needed. The delivery arrived in time for my grandsons birthday and he was one very happy 3 year old !!! Loves his quality water slide/bounce house. Great company, great customer service and would definitely buy from them again, So appreciative of their help.
