Oct 04,2024Update:5 days still pending.every time i communicate to agents the say a different reason.they came to say that they have sent the money and if I send them proof of movement, which I did. of course no answer. while when I repeatedly ask for proof of sending the money they tell me that we don't have it. in another communication they admitted that they have not sent money and apologized and that they will be sent soon. of course nothing happened. for me it is a given that the money was lost, be careful not to fall victim to others. I made a withdrawal yesterday.still pending yet.every time i try to communicate with the agency i received the answer that It is waiting for approval from my bank side. Please kindly wait...i think they delay me not to receive the credit.if i received the money i will change my rate..also i read other rating and i think this casino is not trusty.i hope not to lose money

Oct 04,2024Good afternoon, I have 3 money withdrawals processing, the option to cancel no longer appears, and I talk to the chat support they say they have already made the withdrawal of the balance, however I did it on 01.10.2024 18:06, and until today I have not received anything, these withdrawals are for bank account, I hope to receive the money soon to be able to change my qualification.

Reading other reviews this seems to be quite common and I’m now really worried that I’m going to receive these funds at all 😢- I will update this review if I do receive it.

Sep 28,2024Quoi que vous fassiez, ne jouez jamais sur ce casino corrompu, ils volent vos retraits, ils déclarent avoir effectué le paiement à votre banque et votre banque l'a refusé, ce qui est un mensonge complet et j'ai vérifié auprès de ma banque, et lorsque vous demandez au chat où est allé votre retrait, ils disent qu'ils remettront le retrait sur votre compte de casino mais ils ne le font pas, je les ai contactés plusieurs fois sur le chat et c'est une excuse différente. Chaque fois que le service financier enquête, il y a un retard dans les paiements et les excuses continuent d'arriver, tout comme toutes les autres critiques ici disant les mêmes choses que moi, ils n'ont absolument aucune intention de payer qui que ce soit la corruption à son meilleur. Donc, si vous lisez ceci, ne jouez pas sur ce site, ils vous voleront simplement si vous gagnez et ne verront jamais vos gains, j'ai signalé le site à de nombreux fournisseurs de jeux qu'ils utilisent et leur ai dit exactement ce que fait ce casino frauduleux. J'espère juste que ces voleurs seront attrapés et envoyés en prison pour fraude, tromperie et escroquerie. RESTEZ LOIN les gens et faites ce que j'ai fait, signalez-les aux jeux qui s'arrêteront là les jeux ont été joués sur leur site.

Sep 23,2024I do not recommend this casino to anyone, absolutely anyone. I've been trying to withdraw my money since the end of August!! First came the technical problems, review of the game session and kyc.. all situations that I understand and are normal in survey processes. But after that the excuses started. Im waiting for 2 weeks!!! 2 weeks for an alternative method for withdrawing my funds!!! They only have 2 methods of withdrawal. They say they tried via visa and my bank rejected.. its not true, because my bank didnt receive any attempt of transition. Via skrill its not possible because my skrill acount is not working (like many people in the world) .. So im now waiting for them to answer my emails.. the excuses are always the same and they always have a problem with something!! UPDATE: They send me the same emails, constantly!! Ive said more than once that my skrill account its NOT WORKING, and they keep sending me emails to use skrill as an alternative withdrawal method! I give one star until i receive my withdrawls!

I check on it today and it got cancelled, on top of that my money is gone from the account. The support is no help either. Was going to use the site but not anymore. If this is resolved I will gladly up my review Update: so after my bank rejected the transfer I waited and tried resolute, surely enough the money came trough within 3 days, I have to say I’m satisfied, the games are good and now that I have a method of consistent withdrawals I will continue to use the casino.
