I will be taking this to the police if they don't send my money by 1pm today. Still no sign of my money and they send the same generic replies on their fake live chat. They're in for a big shock, If I don't get my money by tomorrow. Still no money. Everyone who doesn't get money contact the police on these frauds

Sep 17,2024When I came to terms I had a problem gambling, I self excluded from multiple sites. All of them were like “yup your safety is important, done”. When I tried to self exclude from ybets, I was told customer service would get back to me. Fast forward 4 hours and they are offering me bonuses and incentives to stay. That is wrong and predatory in every way. Stay for away from this scummy site.

IT s seems from the reviews i m not the only one with the withdrow problems but now the suport team doen t respond to me they are a dizaster casino finaly after 2 weeks i was paid i close my account instant

Sep 13,2024Update: day after my review (see below) i received my money. So therefore my review is now 4 stars. I think a withdraw takes far to long (4 days) but eventually im happy that I received the money. I won 1000 dollar and placed a withdraw. I wait for over 3 days now and still pending. Customer service is fast and polite, but I just want my money. When I asked customer support they say due to a technical problem the payment was delayed. I will see and wait if I get my money and then my score will be higher.

Sep 10,2024The Casino has alot of games and is user friendly. I did a deposit with welcome bonus. For my first spins in this casino i had to choose play de bonus money or the money i just deposited. I chose the last one and won 2000$ in sugarrush 1000. By my surpise i had the option to withdrawal but the bonus money( $70 ) would be lost. Fair deal😁. I did a withdrawal of 1000 after 24 hours nothing happened but after 24 hour i was able to do another withdrawal. After 3 days of "processing" i did get the 1000. The 800...... stupid i know I lost half waited 3 days again and get 400. The withdrawal processing time is way too long, especially as a crypto casino. So the casino is pretty good but cash out takes pretty much time. Deposit limit 10.000 a day Withdrawal limit 1000 a day 🫤

Sep 05,2024I requested a withdrawl 3 days ago and every time I message the support the response is different. First it was a technical issue, then I was told that my withdraw is being processed and today is another "technical issue" day. Kinda hard to believe that no one has been paid out for 3 days and yet I am always 1st in queue for support and I see nowhere people complaining about waiting for too long. Besides those issues the website is decent but until I get paid out I really cannot give it more than 1 star.

Aug 31,2024Ybets is pretty good for a European player like me. The site's easy to use, the customer support is always on point, and they have a bunch of games to choose from. The cashback offers are nice, too. It's a little annoying that withdrawals aren't always instant, but I get it because they gotta protect themselves from fraud.

Same story as everyone else - excuse after excuse to not pay players. On day 5 currently of pending withdrawals and I have zero confidence I will get paid. I will adjust this rating if I get paid today but otherwise I have to keep it 1 star.

They don't have every provider, but the games they do have are pretty solid. Sometimes withdrawals take a while because they're trying to stop fraud, which I get. But overall, they're a legit site and I'm glad I found them.
