Oct 23,2024Not saying it's the worst casino but I definitely seen better as far as payouts never have I known of a crypto casino to be almost 36 hours into a withdrawal Customer service is okay I've had better but their game variety is amazing they have a wide variety to choose from that I appreciate but I like to play at cryptocinos because it's an instant payout this is far from instant

I win 750 dollars with a deposit of 25 dollar , I wanted to withdraw my winning . They said that their provider have issues with withdrawal my money in my credit card , but their provider don't have an issues with deposits with same credit card lol This is unprofessional hungry people who have no morals and no dignity... I decided to play with a bet of 10 dollars spins just to finish this money because I was sure after some emails and contact their support that they are scammers and after I saw many people with same case as me . Always look for reviews about withdrawal issues dear players . This is something to avoid . I tried many casinos many of them you can withdraw in just few minutes.

Oct 19,2024Feel scammed. In a last spin of bonus game in Luck of Panda by Netgame the game turned off. I can't play this game any more to claim winning of the bonus. I did contacted support 3 times. The problem is not fixed.please do not tell me about cleaning Cache or cookies. I did try to login on 4 different devices. The errors message is the same always when trying get back to the game."oops, server error" the game works perfectly fine when switching currency to euro or BTC, but when it comes to finish my bonus game which I played in USD the game stopped working. What's a coincidence. I'll change this comment when Ybets give back my win. So far looks like You scamming people.

Oct 19,2024I have played in a lot of casinos over the years, and sadly my experience one ybets was on of the worst in terms of RTP. I deposited around 2300€ over a few smaller transactions and was not able to come anywhere even near this money. Of course, in the end the bank always wins, but I want to at least have the feeling of "I can play a while with my money, going up and down". I was able to hit 1k€ once, that must have been very lucky, because aside of that, ALL (and believe me, I had a lot) of free spins barely scratched the 40x mark. Of couse wining is luck. However, I have spent my 3 most unluckiest nights and ybets, and I gamble for 13 years now. I have a hard time to believe that everything is legit, even if it is. Maybe I am just the most unluckiest person on earth. I give 2 stars, because the customer service and the cashback offers are fine.

Oct 18,2024I made deposits of 275 euros in the casino and managed to win 6800 euros,I set a limit in my profile so I can only play 10 euros,when i tried to withdraw the money they purposely delayed and canceled my withdraws and asked me to sent documents for kyc which is fine but they said said they will sent my game session to the provider and it will take 10 working days to have it checked,of course they did that knowing that I would lose the money in this timeframe and thats why I had set the limit,the problem is while they have the limit tool in their site and it seems that you set a limit it actually doesn't work and they dont disclose it anywhere so in the end they let me lose everything while i should only be able to lose 10 euros.Avoid the casino at all costs they are profiting from addiction.

It happened to be THEIR account, the same one I deposited to. it took about 2 weeks of bugging their support but I finally saw that my winnings are back in my account. Didn't get an email or anything saying it was back though, I just happened on to ask the status and I saw the money was back.. Long story short, be extra careful when withdrawing, but they ARE legit. had no problems withdrawing instantly to coinbase.

You deposited via crypto and you get your first withdraw via same way, automatically. But from the second withdraw request, this casino will hold your money and keep delaying the payout. You contact supporter countless time and they just blame to the system, technique error, or they have high demands. It's not about verification, or other problem. This is a crypto casino, you deposit via crypto and withdraw to the same way, it should work perfectly without any issues. I wrote about it to the support service, they promised to speed up the withdrawal, but in the end they did nothing, but only gave promises that they are about to withdraw the money. Just words...

Oct 07,2024Ybets is my favorite casino! I love the fact that I can play for free without having to deposit any money. Thegame selection is decent, though I wich they had more progressive jackpots. I've had a couple of slow wothdrawals, but it's not a big deal for me. I'm happy with Ybets, and I'd recommend it to any gambler.
