Nov 15,2024I have requested to close my account several times, via email, via chat via the settings on the profile page and request hasn’t been honered. Even after contacting the complain department nothing was done until i got someone in the chat and started about the the refund. At that moment the account got directly closed as like the chat also reconnect wasn’t possible. Due to the amount of request to close the account this casino will keep your account active in the hope you play more. Clearly this casino has no humanity and is only thinking about their own wallet.

Nov 04,2024SCAM!!! Dont spend any money to them. You cannot make a withdrawal. They cancel it and the same answers over and over. You have to wait. For nothing. Run away from there. I didn't see such an approach and I don't understand that no one canceled their site. They don't even have a license. And they credit the money to the random shops. If you have been scammed, ask your bank for a refund of the fraud payments.

I have wanted to close this account for so many reasons but they assured me things would get better. I started winning few days here and there and finally the games stopped locking up. I decided to keep playing on this gaming site. I had cashed out a few small amounts up until this week and suddenly my cash outs were over $2,000. I have always had higher cash out limits, approved by the casino, based on my deposits of more than $10,000 per month and sometimes $5,000 per week. Things were going much better until today. This morning I had winnings of over $6,500.00 I tried cashing out and my limit was $4,000. I cashed out $4,000 and it was approved. Normally my cash outs are instant but not this morning. They decided to put a hold on my cash out for some unknown reason? I didn't receive any communication about the hold of any kind. I learned about the hold by reaching out to live chat. The best way to judge and decide which casino site to select, is primarily based on their reputation and ability to cash out winnings instantly. When a player is waiting for a casino to cash out their winnings, they are playing on another site. When the cash out is held for more than a day, essentially the casino is losing money. Not sure they understand this??? Its a bad business decision to place a hold on funds for no reason. Not sure when I will get paid, if at all? Even winning $4,000 is a tiny amount compared to what I have deposited with Ybets Casino.

I make a deposit of 200 $ I won about 500$ When I request for a withdrawal the cancelled my withdrawal the balance disappears from the account i spoke with them 100 of emails ,also with live chat everytime is the same answer with no clarification of the time to give the money back to me is already passed 16 days i didn’t have any answer yet i just lost my money there got scammed i want to make people aware!!

Then the history of my latest withdraw disappeared and also my balance. I asked to the live chat about what’:”s happened. They told me that its a technical issue and my withdraw is on process with nothing wrong. So I waited. Now it’s been 10days and I didnt get paid for my withdraw still. Everytime I ask them about my withdraw, they reply with those same repatory. About the financial department has been overloaded and they are doing their best. But now it’s been 10days. I think they are not gonna pay me. Don’t use this casino.
