Nov 21,2024Im April 24 zog ich mir eine schwere Infektion im Fuss zu. Während der sehr kompetenten Untersuchung durch das Ärzteteam des Yücelen / Mugla wurde außerdem eine schwere Schädigung der Herzgefäße festgestellt. Nach weiterführenden Untersuchungen durch den Herzspezialisten Dr. B. Polat wurde mir zu einer umgehenden Operation geraten. In Vorbereitung der Operation wurden mehr als ausführliche Besprechungen der Risiken und des Ablaufes der Operation mit Dr. M. Yilmaz aus der Herzchirurgie durchgeführt. Beide Ärzte und ihre Teams zeichnen sich durch hervorragende Fachkompetenz aus, wobei auch die sozialen Aspekte intensiv berücksichtigt werden. Die Betreuung vor und nach der Operation war hervorragend und war mit Sicherheit wesentlich besser als in einem vergleichbaren deutschen Krankenhaus. Das Krankenhaus ist sehr sauber und gut organisiert, das Personal in allen Abteilung von den Ärzten über die Schwestern bis hin zur Reinigungskraft sind alle sehr freundlich und kompetent. Auch das Essen und die Unterbringung geben keinen Grund zur Beanstandung. Besonderen Dank an das Dolmetscherteam, welches immer helfend zur Stelle ist! Auch die Nachsorgetermine werden mit gleicher Sorgfalt durchgeführt. Zusammenfassend fühle ich mich hier sehr gut ausgehoben und das Yücelen / Mugla ist für mich eine hervorragende Klinik mit überaus kompetenten Mitarbeitern und braucht keinen Vergleich mit internationalen Häusern zu scheuen. English summary: The Yücelen Hospital is characterized by very competent doctors and friendly and committed staff. The standard is certainly much better than comparable German hospitals. I have complete confidence in Yücelen / Mugla Hospital

Nov 15,2024I would certainly recommend this hospital I had full teeth extraction in mugla with the lovely mrs kubra then all on six was put under general for extraction absolutely amazing people very thorough and can’t recommend this hospital enough

Nov 06,2024The friendlyness and helpfulness of the staff, the constant checking up on you to make sure you are well looked after. It is made a very personal experience and you do not feel like just another patient. The staff are well disciplined and cleanliness is clearly an important factor in this hospital as you cannot go five minutes without someone there to clean up & the food and hospitality were second to none

Nov 06,2024The staff were amazing, always checking up on you. Food and hospitality were second to none. The doctor that undertook my surgery was very professional and informative. Aftercare was perfect i was consistently checked up on and tests done through the night. I would recommend this hospital to anyone in turkey.

Oct 07,2024After having a gastric band fitted ten years ago it became very uncomfortable and I started gaining weight. After having no success with the NHS I was quoted £6200 to go privately in the UK Seeing that I was going on holiday to Turkey in June I called and spoke to Emsal at the Yucelen hospital. She was extremely professional and communicative and said the band could be removed by the surgeon Dr Aydin Keskin and suggested I could also have a gastric sleeve . Nearing the end of my holiday I went to the Yucelen hospital to have the band removed and a gastric sleeve procedure. I was greeted and picked up by a driver from the hospital and upon arrival was greeted by Emsal, and other staff members who were very reassuring kind and considerate which put all my anxiety and nerves At ease and I immediately knew I had made the right decision. I underwent the procedure and the after care was second to none During my stay at the hospital I encountered no pain or discomfort and the surgeon Dr Aydin Keskin came to see me regularly as well as Emsal who always ensured I was comfortable and being looked after . I would definatly recommend the Yucelen hospital after my experience they are second to none. I am now looking forward after the money I saved to buying a new wardrobe and being a new me.

Sep 21,2024They said my brother had a bleed on the brain which he did but they said his sugar levels were 700 but his diabetic monitor on his arm registered it on his phone ad normal which they tried to charge us 35000 euros for one month stay which some of the people their mostly the women are honest and caring but there is one person called fatih calgri is a very dodgy person indeed he says he is a tui customer representative & also a professional tourist guide but he is non of those things and is actually the head of accounts at the hospital and just wanted money from it all. Also my brother said that the night before his flight home from turkey he went into an all turkish bar and had given him a drink on the house which he had but he said he couldn't remember nothing on trying to get back home and he reckons the drink was spiked as of to make his trip home more of a troubled one which the spiked drink had caused for him to fall down and to bang his head which had called the bleed on the brain which the ambulance from the airport took him to a private hospital and not the state hospital as of to get money from him also they didn't give him any discharge paperwork as of to say what was wrong with him and on what they had to do as of to treat him for it too as of to accumulate to cost of it all. Also some of the reviews maybe true but i feel most of them are false and written by some of the dodgy hospital staff who work there too. All and all a dodgy hospital. And remember that god is watching you on every unscrupulous thing that you all do there & you will be punished for it too. From A Spiritual Seeker. Thank You To The Good Staff At The Hospital. 🕉🪬

Sep 11,2024After planning and chatting to Emsal, I arrived at Muğla hospital by chauffeur driven car to find her waiting myself and my Husband at the main door. She welcomed us with excitement and kindness of which I’d become to know her. After having several pre op checks and meeting the Surgeon we were settled into our Suite, whereupon my husband served a delicious meal. I was then taken then for surgery. An hour later sat up drinking coffee. I had observations taken hourly and after seeing Surgeon first thing next morning, discussed ongoing care prescribed medication, I was then chauffeured back to my hotel. The experience from chatting and planning the best possible Treatment for myself with Emsal to now 2 days after was impeccable. THANK YOU ALL

Aug 17,2024From the minute we arrived I was looked after with efficiency, compassion and friendliness. I cannot overstate the excellent service that was provided, especially by Selin from the Tourist Office, she guided us through the stages of our care every step of the way, right through to the financial side which the team looked after us with where they could. The language interpretation was invaluable, the Doctor was excellent and got to the root of the problem very quickly. We would not hesitate to recommend this hospital and the team for anyone in need. Excellent!

Aug 07,2024We attended the hospital a few weeks ago after my daughter fell in the airport and needed surgery. The hotel was amazing but especially Huseyin Umut Kurt. We would have been so lost without him. He was with us every step of the way, explained everything, sorted our insurance everything! We were so stressed and nervous but he calmed us.
