Ordered 2 of the 37cm oval glazed bonsai pots. I feel that they are a very good product at a good price. They were dispatched and delivered within a couple of days. Free delivery as well. The pots are excellent quality and I am very happy with them. They were packaged really well so no chance of damage in transit. I also got 10% off for signing up for emails and the email with my discount code arrived while I was ordering so I could get the discount off my first order, unlike a lot of companies who send you the discount code days later. I am very happy with the service and products that I will definitely buy from this company again. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I purchased 3 bonsai pots and as always everything arrived quickly and in great condition. Packaging is excellent, I don't think you could damage anything even if you tried

Beautiful Japanese white pine, exactly at pictured and in wonderful health. Packaged better than any other tree I have had delivered. Cellophane around pot, arrived moist. I will definitely be using these guys again. Oh, my questions before I bought was also answered promptly and accurately. Many thanks. Update: 2 yearson and my japanese white pine is truly still stunning. I have seen a few reviews about trees not surviving after a few months, sorry guys, but that's probably your fault. So many things can go wrong. I would do extensive research before buying, also, there is no such thing as an indoor Bonsai. It will survive for a while, but needs to be outside as much as climate will allow. Also always had excellent customer service here. Now 04/2024.

I cannot speak highly enough of Yorkshire Bonsai, their after sales service was exceptional. The bonsais were securely packed and when delivered they arrived in excellent condition. Their website is informative and easy to use, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
