May 01,2022Very pleased with the product but would’ve liked more communication to know my order was placed in the first 48 hours but once Royal mail had it I could track it and everything was fine pot is beautiful and very pleased with it.

May 07,2022First time ordering from here. I initially spoke to a woman on the phone regarding next day delivery who was very nice and helpful. I like the fact that the substrates available come in different quantities. Which is good as you don't always want/need a big bag full. Will be ordering from here again 😊.
