May 25,2022Appalling, I would give zero stars if I could. The delivery was delayed and the plant sat in a box over a weekend, the plant arrived in a poor state with some decay. The pot was not secured to the box so it was left bouncing around inside a very large box with other hard items. My concerns and emails to Yorkshirebonsai were completely ignored. Altogether an appalling experience, I would not wish to repeat.
