May 17,2019First impression of the website was good, having what we needed. Order couldn't be placed on-line, however, talking to someone made a refreshing change and a quotation was emailed quickly as promised. What would be nice is if delivery costs were mentioned on the website, although I appreciate various haulage companies are used and loads are heavy, so prices will vary drastically ....... but even so some indicative cost would be useful if and when pricing projects. The rockery stone we ordered was as expected, even if some of the description on the website with regards to sizing could be better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the products, although delivery costs could be a problem for some people, just make sure you ask up-front and avoid an unpleasant surprise !!

Mar 01,2019I ordered the reclaimed crazy paving at Yorkstone Supplies’ Cranleigh office. Very helpful staff who showed me the product, answered my questions and placed the order efficiently. The stone was delivered very quickly, and was neatly stacked on pallets and securely wrapped in plastic. The reclaimed stone appears to have come from the same source, and is in pretty good condition for reclaimed stone with only a few pieces having old mortar attached to them. There were many large pieces as well as some smaller ones, and not much of the stone had split during transit. Excellent service, and I would happily buy from them again and recommend them.

The stone was delivered quickly and effectively by the delivery company and driver. The pallet was unpacked and moved into position ready for building.
