Oct 03,2022I ordered 30sqm of stone, and specifically asked that delivery be delayed by 3 weeks as I was going on holiday. I was later given a delivery date, which was acceptable. The lorry arrived 2 days early and it was a pure fluke I had just arrived home. The lorry driver was the most bad tempered and unhelpful guy I have ever met. He dumped the stone across my drive (3 pallets) and I had to move the stone by hand out of the way so that I could get my car out. I complained to Yorkstone and one of the Directors personally contacted me to sort out my issue completely. The product itself is superb. All companies have issues from time to time and it is the sign of a great company if they react to complaints in a positive manner. I am a very happy customer.

Jan 22,2022Great service from beginning to delivery of my bespoke sandstone hearth, x2 pieces. Great to be able to speak on the phone, get finishing advice, and receive email confirmations too. Cheers to Donna, kept me updated throughout the process. I love my sandstone, but realised upon receipt, that it needed to dry out further, and acclimatise in my lounge room sitting on my make shift struts, ahead of my installation one week later. Recommend salting the sandstone also, to draw out the residual moisture and any impurities too, as I did .. it worked a treat! Love the final pale natural colour too! Thank you, MDD
