The product on the whole is good. One batch had a few faulty slabs which were an inconvenience but overall the service from Yorkstone has been pretty good. The carriers they use however have been VERY POOR in communicating delivery dates and times. In fact they never contacted us and we had to chase up information from Yorkstone. Very poor service in my view given the value of the order and importance in knowing delivery details. I strongly recommend Yorkstone tighten up this area of their business as it really lets the side down. In this day and age there is no excuse for not supplying customers with relatively accurate delivery information. Warren Abis Director Ambito Ltd

I found that Yorkstone Supplies Ltd were highly professional to deal with and provided some truly excellent quality, character reclaimed York stone - you can see the history in the stone! They went above and beyond what I expected to ensure the delivery went without a hitch and positioned the stone in a good spot and were always friendly and helpful.

recently ordered some crazy paving by phone. I spoke to Donna who was friendly and efficient and let me know when to expect my delivery in a follow up email. Delivery arrived really quickly and the stones were of excellent quality. I would definitely order from Yorkstone Supplies again.
