Having come to the end of Bee, I wanted to share our thoughts so far. I've learned so much about anxiety, and am now happier in myself. From the first week of joining, all the stress was lifted as Hannah really does inject so much calm, positivity and HOPE, when previously there was none. Hannah is incredible at overseeing the zooms, and I found I couldn't get enough of them - I joined as many as I could, as they've kept me going as I navigate this situation. I was so grateful to see and hear from parent's going through the same, and to listen to Hannah assure us there was light at the end of the tunnel. We've injected far more fun into the home, and can't wait to see what happens in the next portal. Thank you Hannah!
The YoungVibes anxiety programme has been life changing for not only our daughter but the whole family. Our daughter suffered terrible anxiety which really started to show after joining secondary school - eventually leading to school refusal. After various failed attempts at different therapies (talk therapy, play therapy, hypnosis), plus moving schools and an Autism diagnosis. I came across this programme. I was just searching for something that made sense because non of what we'd experienced or been told so far did. We have worked through Pollen, Dragonfly Bee and Nectar and our daughter has worked through her modules too (and it is work - not an easy ride at all) since joining the programme in February 2024. It has been the best money we have spent - we have our daughter back (including all her wonderful sas!) and we have a happy 'normal' family life once more. We just wish we knew about Young Vibes and their Anxious to Awesome programme back when the difficulties began in October 2022!!! We have recommended this programme to several families and will continue to do so because without out we have no idea where we'd be by now. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Sam (and her wonderful quirky ways) and the whole team of supportive, caring and understanding - yet straight talking (yay!) team.
After trying countless options with no real progress, I finally took a leap of faith and joined the Young Vibes program—and I’m so glad I did. After years of feeling stuck in a cycle of unhappiness, I’m finally climbing out and bringing my children with me. This program isn’t just about supporting the child—it’s for the whole family, and it’s truly life-changing. It requires deep reflection, time, and a real commitment to change, but the positive impact happens quickly. It’s not about relying on others; it’s about taking control and making a difference for yourself and your family. I’ve felt completely supported by the Young Vibes team throughout the journey. I’m still working my way through, but I have to give a huge shoutout to Hannah—she’s incredible. Straight-talking, full of great advice, and drawing from both personal and professional experience, she’s been a game-changer.
Back in November we were at a loss as to what to do next for our Daughter. We had pretty much tried all the avenues on offer to us, which hadn’t helped and things were getting worse. We had been recommend to young vibes via our Daughters life coach and thought we would give it a go … we are so glad we did. Since me and my husband started the course things have began to improve. The house is calmer, everyone seems happier and we have some light at the end of the tunnel. The information and insights into anxiety have been very interesting and eye opening. We now have an understanding of why and how things had become so bad and are now very positive for the future. We know things aren’t going to be easy and there will be ups and downs but we now know we have support and help from young vibes team and other parents going through the same sort of issues. We are now hopeful and excited for going forward onto the next step. 😀
My son had a very difficult time moving up to year 7 last year. This programme was an absolute lifeline for us and gave us so much support , courage and knowledge. It was extremely hard in parts but we were very willing to look at ourselves and as such took on board the direct comments and observations delivered and made a number of changes. The coaches are fantastic and the programme content for parents and children is absolutely brilliant. My son was out of school for about 8 weeks which was the absolute right thing for him as he got to reset and learn so much about himself through this programme in that time. He has started to return to school , building and pushing himself daily and surprising everyone with his ability to feel the fear and do it anyway. He has returned to old hobbies and clubs and has generally got his sparkle back. Thank you to everyone on the team 💚
We have just completed the second stage of the anxiety recovery program by Youngvibes. Both our children for different reasons developed anxiety which led to school refusal. In Dec 2024 we found Youngvibes and started the program. The support and experience really shines through when you meet the Youngvibes team. There is daily support via videos, zooms sessions for parents and also for the children with peers so they can form support networks. There are 1-1 sessions available for bespoke advice and this has all led to improvements in how our children are dealing with anxiety. Steps along a path but it feels like the right road at last.
We have completed the Bee part of the programme and I now cant wait to get the kids involved too. It has been an eye opener and a wake up call for how things were and how they can be. It is definitely hard work, seeing how I was making things worse and then being more aware of my behaviour and it's impact. Yes it's still a learning curve and I make mistakes but Hannah is there, (every day if you need it!) to pull you back up and coach you through the programme.
🐝 I have just finished the Bee portal. It has been one of the most eye opening, confronting and rewarding things I have ever done. All our lives from before we started to now have changed completely, we are all in a better mindset. We have come back together as a family and played games, had kitchen discos and laughed. Myself and my son were in a daily battle of trying to get to school and failing most days. I would go to work feeling like a failure and a bad mother, he would be at home with my mum exhausted, depressed, anxious, upset, also feeling like a failure and like he was letting everyone down. My poor mum was picking up the broken pieces and aftermath each day and struggling with her own health. My son struggled with separation anxiety, social anxiety, so it wasn’t just school it was constant. We had tried all sorts of counselling, journals, books and nothing helped. There was no light at the end of the tunnel, I was scared for the future. Then I took the chance on Young Vibes….. The program is hard, you need commitment and determination. There are ups and downs but the support from Hannah is unbelievable, I never felt like a failure in the group zooms, there was nothing but kindness and the occasional bit of tough love. Don’t go into this thinking it will be easy, it won’t be. But I promise if you put the work in it will be worth it.
We are coming to the end of the Bee portal and have noticed our home is much calmer. It has taken slightly longer than we hoped, almost two steps forward and three steps back, but I think we are now ready for our daughter to engage in the programme. There was a moment where, due to outside influences with bullying/police involvement, which nearly unpicked all the work we had done with our daughter at home, I almost gave up. However, with Sam's phrase in mind, 'if you do what you always did, you will get what you always had' in mind, alongside the support from Hannah on the Zoom calls, we persevered. The programme starts with the parents, and I have learnt so much about myself because of this. I now know I was part of the problem, and my daughter has likely been mirroring me. By learning about anxiety and its impact/behaviours, I have been able to reset myself, which has massively improved the way I react to my daughter. I have stopped being drawn in and ignoring her outbursts, which has sometimes infuriated her, but I have pushed through. She is still a hormonal teenager, but it feels different at home, and she has noticed a change, too. I look forward to progressing through the programme and for our daughter to start her journey on pollen.
We're coming to the end of the initial BEE section of the programme and it has had a very positive impact on the family dynamics. The approach so far is completely different to what we've tried before, allowing us to be aligned in what we're doing as parents and creating a better atmosphere in the house. No doubt there's challenges ahead but the initial BEE period has got us on the same page as parents and in a much better position with our daughter(s) to confront them. I'm also enjoying the weekly dad's only calls, not at all what I expected but my favourite zoom call of the week!
In my experience the program has been life changing for our whole family, we have gone from a super stressed household to a much calmer and more fun environment, my daughter has now gone back to school after a year of struggling with anxiety .I thoroughly recommend anyone who is thinking about it to go ahead and join I wished we’d done it months ago instead of doctors/phycologists CAMMS etc none of them being able to help, Thankyou to Sam and the team for your help we are now going into evergreen and looking forwards to just enjoying life.
I have just completed the Bee portal. It has taken longer than I first thought, but that’s because I wanted to be sure that I have changed and have really understood how to deal with our Daughter’s awful anxiety. It started with school anxiety and then sadly just took over her life. It’s been so hard realising and accepting that the more I try to fix everything for her, the more she has become unable to deal with anything herself and feel strong during the difficult times. I have learnt so much about our behaviour and how I should be parenting our daughter, so that she can be the wonderful, creative girl, free of anxiety that she used to be and was born to be. Our home is so much more relaxed especially during the day, but our daughter still struggles with her feelings at night sometimes. I am feeling positive that once she joins her part of program and understands why she is feeling like she is and gets the support she needs from Sam (alongside our changes at home) that her real recovery will begin. It is not an easy program and you need to be 100% committed. You also need to be able to accept change and acknowledge that we are only trying to do the best for our child, but sometimes you have to pull back to enable them to feel strong and rise up❤️. I am so grateful to Sam for starting this program and for her amazing videos, to Hannah for her tremendous emotional and parenting support on the zooms and also her support with school. Thank you, I am so grateful to you all xx
I've done a heap of research into anxiety and had therapy and have tried my best to support my daughter but nothing was working. I didn't think there was any thing new that I could learn. How wrong I was! I've had so many huge insights through watching the videos on the Anxious to Awesome programme. Even more invaluable and great value for money is access to lots of group Zooms. I found attending 2 or 3 a week helped me to stay focused on making changes in our home to help my child's anxiety reduce. We are looking forward to the next stage of the programme and kicking anxiety into touch!
Have completed the first section. Some good advice around the neuro science of anxiety has been provided.
I have just completed the Pollen part of the programme and have seen a huge shift in both myself and my daughter's behaviour. We are now respecting each other and our home life has become a fun, productive, happy and positive place to be. We have had many ups and downs, felt like we were regressing at times and sometimes fell back into previous habits. It hasn't been easy but with the help and support from the experts on the Zoom calls, which has been invaluable, I am learning to give my daughter what she needs to become a confident, independent person. From previously staying in her room, refusing to go to school and constantly anxious and angry, my daughter now wants to do things for herself, will go out independently, went on a train by herself for the first time and enthusiastically wants to apply for a training college. The world is her oyster!!! Thank you to everyone on the program!
My husband and I have just completed the first stage of the Anxious to Awesome program (called Bee). We were wondering why it was focused on us and not our child since he was the one with all the problems. How wrong we were! Having learned that a stressful home cannot enable any of the household members to thrive we have changed conversations, attitudes, slowed down, relaxed, had fun and actually laughed a lot. Well, we all feel a lot happier, less stressed and more relaxed as does our son and he has yet to join the program! We are so looking forward to continuing this journey that I am convinced will actually help the whole family.
I have just completed the parent bee portal and I can’t believe the difference in me, our household and my daughter. I have made small changes but have really conciously tried every day and the results are amazing! My daughter is happier, hasn’t had any panic attacks and is slowly becoming more logical and is definitely calmer and less emotional. I am no longer scared and stressed either. My family and my work colleagues have all commented on the fact I seem more chilled and happy and they don’t know what I’m doing! I have now realised that I was so anxious and wasn’t helping my daughter. Please give this a try as I was completed lost after Drs appointments, CAMHS assessments, school constantly putting the pressure on and lots of money spent on counselling. I went to sign up many times and put it off as I thought it was too good to be true. I wish I had done this years ago! I’m looking forward to what comes next ☺️
I esearched this company when. Very worried about my child. It has a bad history, has changed names as another has written on their review. THIS IS A SCAM, playing on amilies at a vulnerable time in their lives. Just there to take your money.
My husband and I have just completed the first part of this program and the mental shift I've experienced has really surprised me and given me a new energy. The people who work within this program have a next level knowledge of what we're going through as parents; they have the personal and professional experience, decades of experience! Before starting this program I was ready to give up, wanted to run away from being a parent, if I'm honest, but the understanding I now have for what is happening with my child and myself has given me the strength to be the parent she needs. Our house is a lot calmer and I'm so grateful I found this program! I'm looking forward to the next stage and all it brings for our family.

Feb 14,2025Great so far We signed up this year and have just completed the bee portal. My daughter has suffered from anxiety and out bursts related to school and other activities. She is younger and her issues, whilst real are quite different to many of the kids on anxious to awesome but Hannah has been amazing. Very supportive and we feel this investment will set both our kids up for life. It really highlights the small things we have been doing as parents that encourage anxious behaviour and how we can address it.
