If you child is refusing to go to school due to anxiety issues e.g. bullying or just generally fear of fitting in and making friends etc and you have tried everything else but it hasn't worked, then this course is a must. Perhaps you have met with the school and tried a reduced timetable, perhaps you have had a diagnoses of ADHD or other "on the spectrum" related disorder, perhaps you have tried counselling or had support from CAMHS, perhaps you have tried to discipline your child by taking away their phone or computer, but matters just got worse etc (all of these we had tried) but still the issues persist. If this sounds like what you have been going through, I fully empathize. The method in this programme is truly inspirational. You will learn what causes anxiety and how you as parents needs to learn and change first before you can then go on and understand your child, what they are going through and how they will then learn to change. Perhaps you as a parent are suffering huge anxiety yourself (I know I do) - an you fear you have passed this "behaviour" on to your child (and you will learn it is a behaviour - not a mental illness) Do not despair! - this behaviour can be corrected with what you will learn on this course. With what myself and my wife have learned from this in just a few weeks, we have already noticed a significant change in our daughter (and actually the whole family as a result). Trust me - its been worth the investment so far. You will also get to meet many other parents going through the same issues and get advice on how to deal with certain unwanted behaviors. You are not alone - many other parents are going through the same.

I would highly recommend. After months of our child suffering with debilitating anxiety and us battling with services to get the support in place, I came across young vibes on Facebook and it has been a game changer for our family. After only a couple of weeks there has been a significant improvement. The approach is excellent, it provides education to parents about what anxiety actually is and how it can be overcome; this alone has allowed my husband and I to become calmer and handle situations much better. Additionally there are zooms everyday where we can receive guidance from one of the team, as well as peer support from other parents. We are now moving onto the next stage and our child will become more educated in what has been happening to him as well as being able to access zoom support too. The fact that there is so much input and that children can access this support from their own homes undoubtedly makes it easier for them to engage. Statutory services need to learn from this model. Sam is amazing - the care and compassion she and her team has in helping children recover from anxiety is wonderful. The future for my child is very bright ❤️

This programme is amazing. It starts by giving us as parents the knowledge regarding anxiety and changing our behaviours so we take the pressure off our daughter. My daughter has suffered with anxiety for 9 years and she is now nearly 14. I've suffered with anxiety for 40 years and it had never been explained to me exactly what it is. Knowledge is power & I have now started to reduce my medication and I'm so much calmer which is making our family life more enjoyable and I'm really looking forward to our Daughter starting on her part of the programme. The coaches go above and beyond in supporting the whole family. I really wish I had found this programme years ago.

I am half way through the programme and I am very grateful I found it. It is such an education and I have been able to implement change already that is beneficial to me and my daughter. I grateful to the patience, kindness and bizarrely the challenge that the team give. Sometimes we need that ‘prod’ to question how we are behaving and acting.

After a long time of being in a pit of anxiety ruining our family, I stumbled across this programme. Very sceptical at first , but wow so glad I did. The positivity in my family now is brilliant, we have less fear, my son has come on so much, even back to having days out. Anyone thinking this is not worth it, or you have sceptical thoughts like I did please ignore . Go for it, make that positive change in your home. You will not regret it!

Imagine a little girl of 11, without her twin sister by her side wanting to start secondary school but being paralysed by fear and unable to go in. Hiding in a box in the back of a wardrobe, hiding under the dog’s bed in the garage, under a carpet in the back of the car and lashing out like a cornered animal when we found her. Despite trying all the things the SEND team offered us, attempting to get a diagnosis of ADHD or Autism, rejections from CAHMs and other parents telling us they would drag their own children to school by the hair if necessary – we didn’t know what to think or do. We were both ugly-crying several times a day and had the darkest of thoughts. Our other daughter, who started her school with enthusiasm initially, shut down too and roared like an animal when we tried to get her to go to school. She didn’t seem to be scared but physically shut down and started to self-harm. The ‘family help’ team simply exacerbated the situation, and we were caught between trying to get a label for the girls and trying to avoid being fined and prosecuted. Then I saw Sam’s advert – I was definitely sceptical, but the price was reasonable and by this time I was desperate and prepared for it to be a waste of money. But what a turning point this was. This course has made a huge difference to our family. Starting with the parents, the focus is on identifying and then managing their own anxiety. This enabled us to take the first critical step and to stop pouring petrol on the flames of our children's own anxiety. Unlike our experience of secondary school, teachers, private councillors, hypnotherapists, for the first time this handed back control to us. Our girls aren’t back in physical school yet, but they attend a lovely online school and are doing well there. For me the jury’s out in terms of whether our children may ‘have’ ADHD or autism and perhaps this might be useful for them in the long-term but waiting like victims and trying to pathologise our children has done nothing but harm them. While we know the NHS is doing its best, there has been a “…350% rise in children waiting for an autism assessment since the height of the Covid pandemic, with waiting times exceeding two years” (What’s behind the UK’s increase in autism diagnoses? Amelia Hill, the Guardian). For me, the answer is not to stick on a label but to find out how we can help them in practical ways as Professor William Mandy says: “We are currently very focused on making a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ distinction in terms of diagnoses. But why not say, ‘Somebody has these traits. How might that be affecting their life and what we can do to help?’” So thank you Sam and team for everything!

I can’t recommend this program enough. We are now at the end of Bee and about to introduce our daughter to the program. It has already helped us so much. Sam and the team are incredibly supportive and have such a wealth of knowledge that they share with you. I have learnt so much from the Bee videos and have implemented so much in my own behaviour at home and can definitely see the affects. Im excited for my daughter to start on the course. Highly recommend this brilliant program.

Seeing your child suffering with anxiety, and the devastating effect it has on all of us as a family, is beyond words. That is until we came across Child Anxiety Program. Within a few short weeks, we have learned how to strengthen our relationship, which was under a lot of stress, and provide an atmosphere of calm, ready for our son’s recovery. The team members are amazing. We’ve tried every organisation available, without results, until now.

Have loved every minute of this course I joined early this year to help my daughter deal with her anxiety. It’s changed our lives for the better. It’s helped me more than anything understand why my daughter behaved in the way she does it’s also made me look at other aspects of my life It’s resurfaced the person I used to be. Given me my confidence back and I can now deal with things in a calm positive manner once again.

We're 5 weeks in and programme has made us re think everything that we thought we knew. It's been hard, it's a commitment, but it starts with us, the parents. No magic wand for our daughter, just in case that's what you're hoping for, ours hasn't arrived. It's taking effort and understanding to change our behaviour, to change our daughters behaviour, and so far, so good. She's not out of the house yet, or anywhere near back to school, but for the first time in a long time we're seeing change. We're feeling empowered, educated on anxiety and positive about the future, not scared, shamed and frankly hopeless. The videos, the group Zoom sessions, the hard hitting no nonsense advice from Sam and the team, along with sharing experiences with other parents and hearing their challenges and successes adds up to not feeling alone in this, which for us, is where the change happens. Everything comes together as a programme that you really must jump in to with both feet. I was sceptical, I did my research, read the reviews and gave it a go knowing nothing else had worked but we can leave at any time. It feels like a leap of faith as it's counter intuitive but it's a leap I'm glad we have taken. Don't be a dabbler!

My child has struggled with anxiety since reception and has never completed a full term in school in 5 years, rarely got dressed for school and diagnosed selective mutism. After 6 weeks on this program, she is happily speaking to anyone and everyone, shopping in shops and speaking to the checkout people, asking for directions to toilets and most importantly, she is back in school having walked through her classroom door on her own for the first time. This is so simple yet effective, it's great to meet and be supported by so many other parents in similar situations when you usually feel so alone. Amazing.

Young Vibes is an extremely impactful company on the lives of many who are affected by anxiety. What makes the difference is the family focused approach that they take, looking at the home environment as a whole rather than just the sufferer. I am a primary school teacher myself and thought that I had plenty of tools and strategies to support my daughter but after she developed further strands of anxiety (traits of OCD and an extreme fear of sick), I reached out for further professional support. That was four years ago. My daughter has had CBT, counselling, hypnotherapy and been through CAMHS. But it got worse the older she became. We were soon dealing with self-harm, food control and school refusal. I found Sam and her team on Facebook and everything resonated. I sadly also came across some scathing reviews. This was concerning but I knew that the team offered a full refund after two weeks with no contract. I could also see that there was no binding contract at all and that I could stop at any point. This made me feel confident that the journey was in my hands. I also thought they must be pretty confident that their customers stay and are happy with the service, to be able to offer that level of flexibility! I know that some people just can’t be pleased or won’t accept that they might need to change so didn’t let any negative reviews influence me…I would find out for myself! So I launched in and called Sam. From that moment on I felt like the team held my hand and guided me out of the awful pit my family were in. Like I said, the key to this is using the parents’ influence to change habitual behaviours. Whilst my daughter was being treated NO ONE was asking me how we were coping as a family and how we were managing it. That’s why the other strategies didn’t work. They focused on my daughter who couldn’t process what was happening to her, let alone verbalise it. This is a rigorous process, which you need to follow and commit to. I can only imagine those that write negatively either don’t know what this process involves or do and didn’t fully engage. If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you always got! It’s left field but also good old common sense and no medication! We are now on the home stretch - my 13 year old daughter has re-engaged with life! She no longer fears her own shadow, is back in school full time and eats like a normal teenager! She doesn’t self-harm anymore. She is brave and strong…and so am I. If anyone doubts whether to take the leap with this company, you won’t regret it. You’ll just be overwhelming proud that you got on board and made this change so your family no longer suffered. This IS the way we should be treating anxiety. If you’re a parent reading this, just take a moment to consider how many other parents you know with children that are struggling. It’s not rocket science. The numbers are high and increasing because therapy doesn’t focus on the caregiver too. Ignore the negativity and own your own journey.

The way in which this program delivers information on anxiety is like nothing I have come across prior to joining. It is a very detailed, step by step guide through every aspect of anxiety and how it seeps into every part of the entire families life, not just the child. Just to have someone give it a name "Anxiety Disorder" put it into perspective and gave me hope that this is something that you can recover from, not just manage. The changes start with the parents, we change our behavior and the child changes theirs. You cannot recover your child if you don't recover yourself first. I highly recommend this program and looking forward to continuing on and getting our lives back!

My family is taking a very long time to get through this program for a number of reasons and all the while I have had nothing but support from them. Different from all the cookie cutter formulas out there, they actually approach everyone as individuals and do their best to adapt things to all different families' needs. We have a long road to go but, different from a few months ago where all I could see and feel was anxiety, I now have hope for a much better future for myself and everyone in my family.

For my family this programme has brought my 17 year old daughter out of a very dark, scary and lonely place. She had suffered from anxiety intensely in the last two years. My strong, independent, gorgeous girl was no longer able to go to school, socialise with friends, eat properly or enjoy her life as she was in a constant state of fear which was exhausting for her. We had been to the doctors, CAHMS, counselling had good support from school, changed her diet, tried herbal remedies. We had some initial hope as we reached out but nothing changed for my daughter in fact it got worse. We were thinking about medication and wondering about a neurodiverse diagnosis. I had seen the course on Facebook but it sounded too good to be true and risky. But when we got to the end of the road with everything we decided to give it a go. Sam and the team are totally committed to recovering your child. They have real life experience and hold a firm reassuring belief that if you follow the course and let them guide you through, your child will recover. It’s a real journey of self discovery in who you are as a person, a parent, a partner and how your actions and how you respond and interact with your child is the crucial missing piece you have been searching for. Then comes Sam’s work transforming and empowering your child. My daughter was unwilling initially to engage at all but slowly with our new parenting skills she engaged and the transformation began. With the videos, parent and child zoom sessions she was getting her spark back and eventually went back to school. It has taken us 6 months in total to feel we are ready to leave the course and looking forward to a much brighter, hopeful future as a family. Please consider doing this course if this sounds like your story. You won’t regret it.

When our family found Young Vibes we had hit rock bottom, everyone of us were broken. We so desperately wanted help for our son and we needed it fast. He was so underweight, had been for years and nothing was working. We started camhs and the help they offered made my son worse. We found Young Vibes on Facebook, everything Sam said was just us. I messaged and asked if this was someone that could help immediately or just a once week thing that takes time to build or even if it was a scam as we as a family had no time left so if she could please be honest and tell me if I was wasting my time. A phone call later and we joined, we put every ounce of trust us into her and did things that were the complete opposite of what we had done, or had been told in the past, I was totally outside my comfort zone, I had camhs warning me about things being said about Young Vibes and I then started seeing awful comments from people on social media saying its a scam. It was a lot but I knew it was worth it and I could see change happening after a matter of days. If we had not found Sam I really don't know what would have happened to my family. Since we changed our behaviours through Sam's guidance our family is united again, both our daughter and son are living again, embracing life more, less anxious about trying new things there is so much more fun and laughter. My son is ready to go to school after 2 years non attendance. I do not lie when I say Sam saved us all. I will be eternally grateful and I will do whatever I can to make sure no family goes through the same hell we did. Do not listen to those that have not walked the walked, to those that have not been in your shoes. Trust in your own gut instinct and join the program. Be prepared to make the changes to your mindset and your beliefs because if you always do what you've always done you will always get what you've always got and your family does not deserve that ❤️

We've tried many avenues to support our child's anxiety (Sen support in school, anxiety workshops, child psychologist etc) but they've only ever 'supported' and fed the anxiety. It kept coming back and worse each time. We were at a loss until we found Sam and her team. This program gets to the root of the anxiety and teaches you what's going on so you can control it - and although you go on the program for the child, you realise it's not just for them. It's helped us greatly too. I love the time we've spent on the program reflecting on our experiences, how we can improve our relationships and the atmosphere in the home. We're only half way through but we already feel like we're well on the path to getting our daughter back. We're excited that she'll be in control and confident again, not only in school but tackling other things that life throws at her. This course is incredible.

Finally someone who gets it! I wish I'd found this for my daughter years ago, but better late than never. If you're reading this you're probably at your wits end. You have nothing to loose, only your child 'back' to gain 🤗
